Very helpful in finding cheaper insurance for home and car. Problem now is the homeowners policy is not correct and no one will return my call and correct the policy. I have called 4 times and emailed 3 times in over a month. Today the agent hung up on me. Very poor service.

Do not do it agents are idiots just trying to make a sale. Left me with no car insurance for 4 days did not tell me my insurance was waiting for approval 3 weeks later I asked for policy number and he tells me he is waiting for approval and not to cancel my current policy. Three weeks prior to this message he tells me to schedule my cancelation for the same day of closing on my house and all will be ready to ****** do you mean don't cancel my policy it has been canceled for 5 days now are you telling me I have no insurance and have not had any for the last 5 days? Yes he says why did you cancel you policy without verbal confirmation? Because 3 weeks ago you told me to schedule it!!! I received emails from goosehead to sign and a congratulations welcome to goosehead insurance!!! But that is only for the home ?!?! So he tells me to reinstate my insurance with allstate until he gets it fixed...WTF!!! What if I wrecked my car during these last 5 days ?!? He has been sick he says...Sick or not you have a job to get done clearly you do not need to be in this industry you dumb mfr.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Don't bother with this insurance company; the agent doesn't care about you. If your agent is on vacation, good luckno one in the company will be able to help you. This company is a joke. ***** of Goosehead and **** of American Financing (another place to TOTALLY avoid) insisted I let ***** help with a better homeowners rate, after I was with my then agent for over 20 years. All for the sake of refinancing. I informed ***** about the delays with the refinancing process. At that time American financing was stringing me along, as well, so there were unexplained delays. I have never had a refinance become so laborious. They insisted we should still have the insurance in place, if for nothing else a better rate for my benefit. End result, I currently have NO INSURANCE ON MY HOME. The necessary steps were not taken once Safeco, (former insurance carrier), was canceled and Farmers the new carrier was secured. Now, ***** is back-peddling and passing the ***** He is suddenly NOT responding to emails. Meanwhile, after 20 years of homeownership, I HAVE NO HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. Which, in my humble opinion is the MOST important issue here. I have never been treated so poorly. The incompetence and lack of unprofessionalism is baffling.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Worst company ever .Agent ***** ******* made a mistake on my renewal policy by putting wrong number of my home 5528 instead he should v put 5928.i have been reaching out to Goosehead multiple times since December .Reached out to rewriting team to change adress (no luck) Now I owe money for 23 days of lapsed policy .******** escalation team agent told me that they are not going to cover 23 days and this is my fault that agent made a mistake on my renewal policy .(when I told her I dont create policy ,your agent did it )I am a single mom with 2 kids and I have to pay for mistake of agent who made a mistake and nobody Couldt simply change home number .I also find out that This agent is currently no longer with a company .Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

No consistent agents, no responses, rude, uniformed agents. I am going to take my business elsewhere. If I could sue for pain and suffering, I would! Dealing with this company has been the most stressful experiences of my life and ultimately became a fulltime job.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Have called several times since I have cancelled my insurance. They screwed up and it never got cancelled with branch. Now branch will only backdate my claim 60 days, and now I am out $800!! They are the ones that messed up and I shouldnt be the one that had to bear the burden of their mistake!Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Goose head is an absolute joke!! Never available and no one responds for months!!! Even after contacting ********. Only want your money and gone. Havent heard from them for months and we cancelled and now they message. Absolutely horrible and should be shut down. ********. Put your money anywhere else not with these ****** ***** is who awful and all went *** and silent. They dont even deserve 1 star. Too high.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Worst experience. When we initially bought our first house, this was the insurance we were recommended. Our insurance *** never reached out til I needed to submit a claim. Even then, he never responded. After going through the claim process on my own, I decided to shop elsewhere for better coverage and premiums. Sure enough, I found an insurance company. Since I couldnt get ahold of our assigned insurance ***, I reached out to the number provided on the portal and received someone else. After informing this new insurance *** the cancellation of my policy, he stated he would submit the request. A week or so went by and I reached out for a status in the cancellation, by both email and text message. Took some time for a response but I got one stating it was submitted. Just called their customer support team and they stated there was no cancellation submitted. They sent me documents to fill out for the cancellation request!! Which required my signature so I doubt the insurance *** had any intention on getting this submitted for me. Goosehead Insurance - do not recommend.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

I have car, home and umbrella. Goodehead was really good when they started. Now they dont even answer the phone or return calls or emails. Going on 2 weeks for a return email. Sad what they have become.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC
