      Would leave zero stars if I could. Horrible company they cancelled policy for nonpayment and they had a card on file trying to fix the problem not one person knows what happened been on the phone for one hour the first time was told someone would call me back and fix problem, no call back after 4 hours I attempted to call back was on hold for over 40 minutes and gave up attempted again was on hold for 35 min and now on hold again. have been dealing with this about 8 hours now still no response from Goosehead . have got on their chat no help and emailed them no response

      Horrible Company! The agents try to lure you in with cheap policies but most of the companies are weak and go out of business quickly. After a year, you start to get increases and never hear from your agent. Their main concern is new business only and their customer service is the worse!

      I was referred to goosehead and paid for a home insurance policy that was then canceled and refunded, but Their agent Jaiden C****** failed to keep me updated through that process. He then stopped being responsive as I attempted to get another insurance policy for my home. I was referred to a second agent who became unresponsive as well. Very unprofessional and it's like they don't want to make money.

      My agent never returns calls and directs me to customer service. Plan on holding an hour to talk to someone. If you do the online chat you'll wait for 20-30 minutes and then they direct you to the online customer service. Horrible, Horrible company if you want service.

      I have been with goose head insurance for 4 years and I have recently had a huge problem with them. I cant get ahold of anyone my rep is Cassandra and she never answers my phone calls I recently got my insurance dismissed and now I need insurance and I have called them several times and told them I need new insurance and its been over a month now and no one has reached out to me yet like at all im very aggravated about this usually they are on top on it

      Annika S in customer service is horrible. Attitude problems and very unhelpful. No one ever does their job on behalf of the customer.
