    My mother in law moved into this facility May 2022. In January of this year she got Covid and had to transfer to Sheridan ***** in ***********,**. She was there until Feb 15. A decision was made by the nursing director at Elison that she could not come back because her condition required a higher level of care so I had to make arrangements for her to go to Brookdale at *****. I spoke with te administrator Feb 1 to see if they were going to charge her rent for Feb. I was told no and said I would have till the 15th of February to get her room vacated. I just got my mother in laws bank statement and February rent has been automatically charged in the amount of $2711.00. I have called Elison 2x to talk with the administrator and he will not call me back.

    I received a call from *****, administrator for Elison today and he said he never said there would not be a charge for Feb. He said he told me I would not pay for "care" for the month of Feb but would still have to pay room charges for Feb ****. I know what I heard because I told him I was relieved I wouldn't have to pay for Feb and thanked him several times before I hung up. He said I should be refunded part of the $2711.00 but he couldn't tell me how much that would be but would find out and call me back. I did not hear from him.

    Elison has sent me another bill. I cleaned her apartment and told the desk I cleaned it but there were some stains that I couldnt get clean and I was told dont worry about that and they were sure everything was fine. I even asked if I needed to do a elk through and was told it was not necessary. I cant even figure out this statement!
