    I requested cancellation of an order before it was processed, fulfilled and shipped. The money was taken from my account and I never received the goods nor did the seller respond to any of my messages other than asking for a copy of my drivers license. This place is a complete criminal website. It is daylight robbery. I am considering pressing criminal charges for theft and fraud against the owners wife who runs the company. Prison will be a lot less interesting than the $350 you owe me! People are too scared to sue, I am not!

    I ordered and they charged my card. Then I get an email asking me to verify that I ordered. I did. I've called, texted, and emailed. It's been a month and I don't have my order and I haven't heard from anyone.

    This is an online store based in *****. On June 30th, 2024 I place an order to purchase an item from them, and paid via credit card. The order was for a single item totaling $31.95. I received a confirmation email about my order and, since then, have not received the product and all attempts to contact them have failed. I have left 2 emails, 2 voicemails and two texts (on a special line setup for that purpose). Online reviews suggest that this website is a scam, with several reviewers stating their money had also been taken with no way of getting in contact with the company- no correspondence. This company seems to be just that, a scam designed to take peoples credit card info and run with it. In the hopes that others dont endure the same pains, ** reaching out to you to report this behavior.

    Much like other, I ordered a product for a total of $49.00 Order date was 06/30/2024 and today is 08/06/2024 Emailed multiple times Called 800 number, and it was not a valid number Called other listed contact number. Left 3 voicemail, 3 text messages, emailed 4 times, left 4 messages on their messaging system through the website.No responses to any attempts

    I placed an order with this company on 6/29/2014. They have not sent the items and they have not responded to my requests for a refund to my credit card for nearly a month. I have called, TXT and emailed many times with no answer. This company is a fraud and taking advantage of individuals placing orders on their online website. I have not received any updates nor the refund I have requested. I should have done more research on this company before placing an order.

    Placed an order on 01/03/24. Sent multiple emails and messages on txt about my order. Finally on 5/22/24 they responded saying my order fell through their system. Order finally shipped. I placed another order on 6/6/24. Received an email about out of stock items on 6/10/24 and replied on 6/12/24. Since then I have not heard anything back about my order. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update, left voicemails at their number thats posted on their webpage. Written multiple messages inside their website messenger. As of today 6/26/24 there has been no reply to any of my messages and they never answer the phone. ************ This is the current phone number on the website.

    When I call the business phone number ************ it goes straight to voicemail which means they have blocked my number.  When I try sending a txt message to that number as they instruct on their website, the message doesnt get delivered which also means they blocked me from any communication.

    Like many others, I've been scammed by this fake business. On May 17, I placed an order for a $130 ******** that I never received. Over the past several weeks, I made multiple attempts to contact the business via email, text, and phone. I have not been able to reach anyone, have received no response, and the 3 different phone numbers they have listed all appear to be fake. The listed address of the business is a personal residential home in *****, *****. I later found that every single ****** review this business has received describes the exact same scam experience, as well as reviews on other social media platforms. I spoke to the ***** ****************** and they will be visiting the listed address to investigate. I am also filing a transaction dispute through my bank. Hope you all get the karma you deserve.

    Made an online purchase on 2/17/24. Received an e-mail on 2/20/24 that the color I selected was out of stock and would I like to choose another color. I responded about 48 hours later and have received no response since (as of 3/15/24). I have e-mailed 6 or 7 times, tried the 'contact us' on their website and sent a message through my order. I cannot get any response. The order has been sitting at 'on hold check messages' for nearly a month. With this level of non-service, I want to cancel the order but I am unable to even do that when the company refuses to respond.

    I ordered a product from the company, order DN33111 on 2/3/2024 for $135.00 and on 2//5/2024 they notified me that the product was not available, and they would issue a refund that might take up to 14 days. I have made multiple attempts via voicemail, email and text msgs requesting the immediate refund that is past due. As of 3/8/2024 I have started sending a text msg and email since they do not answer their phone. These messages will be sent daily until they respond with a refund.

    On Nov 1, 2022, I ordered 2 products. One item was shipped almost immediately. My online account showed partial shipment. I waited and checked the web site to see about any type of update. After 5 days of nothing posted I tried to contact by phone, (left message) and by email. Now it has been 15 days, numerous phone calls not returned and numerous emails not answered. I would like an update or a refund.

    Dallas novelty finally refunded the money for the item. It did take an additional email after they said they would refund. Case can be closed as far as I am concerned. The lack of communication on their part was the main reason for this complaint, they just don't respond.
