      I signed a contract with Michael M********* for career consulting services in January of this year. I paid the agreed-upon amount and after about 4 months into our 6 month agreement, next to nothing in our agreement had been satisfied. I've attempted to reach out numerous times since June 2023 to which I receive no response or a response from Michael that indicates that he will get back to me and then never does. I also enlisted the assistance of my Virtual Personal Assistant, Meagan who has also attempted to reach out to Michael numerous times with the same responses in return. We have now passed the 6 month timeframe and Michael did not fulfill his contractual obligations. I am extremely upset and frustrated by Michael's lack of communication and willingness to resolve the issue. I am seeking an immediate refund due to a breach of contract.

      Michael M********* from Premier Career Consulting received $5,000 from me to help with Executive search assistance. He attempted to legitimize himself by making a fake "understanding". He promised to make introductions that I would normally not have access too. In 12+ months I have not been introduced to anyone (Zero) , had Zero interviews offered to me AND have had nothing (Zero) other than some LinkedIn searches done. Also, I have written more than 150+ emails, many with no replies and when I do get a reply it literally " I will get back to you next week with some good news", but that second "good news" email never comes and I have to write another email asking for another update - that update never (not once) has been sent to me in 12+ months despite frequent requests. He has avoided calls, taken down his fraudulent website, and his fraudulent phone number just leads to a blank voicemail. This is a fraud service. Michael M********* is lying and just disappearing with the money. Will be seeking civil damages.

      I wanted to let you know about the horrific experience I had with Michael M*********. I paid him $5500 for my executive search and we signed an agreement in September 2022. He hired someone to work on my resume and then slowly started getting sporadic with his communication. It got to a point where I was following up with him and would get random responses that he will get back to me shortly. After 6 months, he add arranged ZERO interviews and ZERO contacts with any potential targets. I asked for my money back and he agreed to return $5000 via a monthly payment plan. That was 3 months ago. He has missed every payment and has gone radio silent again.

      He has been utterly unprofessional and a borderline crook. Instead of helping me find employment, I now have to hire an attorney to get my money back. I thought everyone should know in case someone is planning on using this person to do their search.

      Attached is an exact email from him. this is always what I receive, but the actually email from him with actual information never comes.
