    I ordered contacts for my son. I was getting a discount for them, or so I thought. In fact it wasn't an immediate discount, it was a mail in rebate. They immediately charged my card. I called them 2 hours after placing the order to cancel it or change the order to a lesser amount of contact boxes. 1 800 contacts told me that order was already processed and it could not be canceled or changed. I would have to wait for the refund to my card in 5 business days. They wanted me to place a separate order for a lesser amount of contact boxes. So basically, charge my account twice. I can't see why 2 hours later, the order cannot be modified. I am very disappointed with this. I felt like I was misled and then they tried to convince me to do it again. A supervisor should be able to override the order. The order was placed 2 hours prior. There should be a ***** period and my card should be charged when the order is ready to ship, not before then.

    Represents that it guarantees to beat a price but then refuses. Their prices are higher than their competitors. No way will I buy from this company- false advertising!

    Super simple site to use, if they would just be honest with their advertising. They promise 20% off, but as soon as you enter your insurance, it falls to 10%. I simply ended up saving $12 for switching to them. They are offering me $15 off my next order, but I'm sure they'll be a catch. With a little improvement, they could be 5 star.

    I've been using ***** Contacts for a while now, and they're awesome! The customer service is super helpful, and my orders always arrive quickly. Their website is easy to use, and I love the online prescription renewal feature. Plus, they guarantee the best prices, so I know I'm getting a good deal. Highly recommend them for anyone needing contacts!

    They're an awful company. They shipped the wrong contacts even though they had my prescription and then wanted me to pay more to have them shipped expedited even though ive been waiting for 5 days on the wrong ones while wearing old ones that hurt. All they're doing is blaming my eye ** while wanting more money.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Went on to pay for only a few boxes of contacts and was somehow overcharged by $400 at least because their system changed four boxes to 12 boxes AFTER the order was placed. I used to shop here for my contacts, but I will be going elsewhere from now. Now I only hope they will return my money in the timeframe they said they would! Do NOT shop here!

    Generally good service, and super fast shipping (often at a discount), but my latest experience was a bit frustrating: When I first ordered, I double checked with them and it was my understanding that the exchange promise was an even lens-for-lens exchange, plus difference if the brand was different. Well, my Rx changed and I had 8 boxes of contacts left, and for 8 new boxes they wanted to charge me an additional $250+ since I originally got the lenses at less than full price, even though the brand was the same. I will say that after 45 minutes of back and forth with them to try and understand the issue with the exchange, they were able to send me 8 boxes, I just wish that it was clearer from the beginning.
