      I can concur with much of what others have said. I recently bought a SILVER package about RFK *** that includes a digital download and a set of 2 DVD's. The digital arrived, but over a month later and 5 requests asking when to expect the DVD's, nothing. No DVD's and no reply. Definitely the WORST customer service of my 68 years. Never again *****************!

      Hello ********************, so sorry to hear of your frustration. After reviewing your account, we weren't able to find any emails from your email address, a possible typo in sending to our customer support. All DVDs will be shipping within the next 2 weeks after a large delay in production. Your digital product shows it was purchased on Feb. 21st, sent on Feb 21st, and that you were able to access on Feb. 22nd. Again, we do apologize for you feeling left in the dark.       I made the mistake of giving my email to this company in 2021 and I am still getting spam. I have tried to unsubscribe many times and am finally fed up. My email has been sold to other partners. None of the unsubscribes are working. I am looking into all the companies that I am getting spam from and they are all sketchy with little information about them online. Going to start documenting the spam and report to the ****

      Hello! We were unable to find any inquiries about unsubscribing. We have unsubscribed you from all of Jeff Hays Films mailing lists. We never sell our customers email addresses. We only share content from our affiliates, but they are coming from us. However, be aware that the more links you click on from these affiliate emails, the more your email is being subscribed as per terms and conditions, and you'll continue getting content about other topics that you have shown interest in by clicking on their links. If you unsubscribe at the bottom of those emails and avoid clicking on any of the links, you'll be removed from those lists too. Each mailing list needs to be unsubscribed from individually. We're always happy to help with any situation! We only ask that you give our customer support team ***** hours to respond with a resolution. Thank you!

      Total spam and trash. Is there any way to get the emails to stop. Unsubscribing doesn't work, clicking them as junk/spam doesn't work. This website is horribly invasive.

      I had the same problem downloading the digital .." The Real *************************" documentary....Terrible communication ...they have my money and I have no access to the digital version ...they are not answering my emails ...truly awful ...do not buy anything from them *******

      I PURCHASED THE DOCUSERIES "THE REAL *************************" ONLINE OCT. 20, 2022. ENTERED ALL MY INFORMATION AND SUBMITTED PAYMENT INFO WITH MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON. IT CAME BACK THAT THERE WAS AN ERROR SO I ASSUMED IT DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER. SO I PLACED THE SAME ORDER AGAIN AND GOT THE SAME MESSAGE. I TRIED TO CONTACT JEFF HAYS FILMS VIA EMAIL AND THEY DDIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY NUMEROUS EMAILS. I DIDN'T EVEN GET AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THEY RECEIVED MY ORDER AND PAYMENTS.SO I PULLED UP MY CREDIT CARD ACTIVITY ONLINE ON OCT. 20, 2022 AFTER I ENDED UP PURCHASING SAME SERIES (BY ACCIDENT) TWICE. THE ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT SHOWED THAT BOTH OF THE PURCHASES WERE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF $206.95 TWICE.I SENT ANOTHER NUMEROUS EMAILS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME, EMAIL ME, OR TEXT ME. SO I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND PLACED A DISPUTE ON BOTH OF THOSE ENTRIES.I ALSO SENT ANOTHER EMAIL TO JEFF HAYS FILMS LETTING THEM KNOW I DIDN'T WANT THEIR SERIES TO CANCEL AND TO REFUND ALL MONIES TO RETRIEVE FROM MY ACCOUNT.TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN ALL MY 73 YEARS OF LIFE.
