On March 21, 2025, I ordered two products from this company. Both are patches, one for weight loss and one for general health. I followed the instructions for both products. I saw zero results or improvement. I called to return the products within the 30 day money back guarantee afforded by the company. I was to be provided a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. That was over a month ago. I followed up multiple times. I was advised that initially the company failed to initiate the refund. Then the company told me I would have my refund in 3-5 business days. That was several weeks ago. All I get with this company is excuses, delays and a bunch of sweet talk. My refund amount is $194.34. To date, I have zero refund and just more empty promises by the company.Initial Complaint

I am trying to cancel a membership and transaction to return an unopened package of merchandise. The company has incorrect numbers on website. The person I signed with is ignoring my request and ignoring my phone calls. I was in a very vulnerable position when the person will offered me this pyramid scheme business convinced me that I would have full control of my account and I can pause and cancel my subscription anytime. They said the email confirmation will have all the information and when I said I didnt receive an email. They said Gmail tends to be a little delayed. Now I know they were just trying to sign me in in some thing I have no control over. Very evil I want to to cancel my subscription, and return for my order that I didnt even unpack due to the awful feeling of being scammed and lied to. I have reviewed this case and can see no Monthly Subscription set up on this account. It was a standalone order for a Silver Kit Enrolment back in September 2023.
This customer initiated a chargeback with her bank directly.
I will follow up with our Finance team and then with Sarah herself to confirm this was actioned.
Sarah's account in Lifewave was terminated.

My wife and I returned the merchandise that was ordered within the 30 money back guarantee period. Lifewave only refunded a portion of our purchase price because one item was opened. although It contained all pieces within the package, and they were not used or damaged. I am seeking a full refund less the shipping cost that the company paid. Their website and email stated a 100% refund less shipping cost. This Brand Partner, Lifewave account ID #******* ordered on 21s June 2023 and within 30 days did contact us to avail of our money back guarantee. Please see our policy on this below:
7.7 Member/Distributor Return of Initial Order: LifeWave has a 30-day money-back guarantee for their initial order. If a Member is unhappy with their product, LifeWave will offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees), as long as the refund request is received by LifeWave within 30 days of the original ship date of the product to the member. All returns of multiple packages of the same product must be unopened and in resalable condition, except for the one package from which the product was used.
This open package must also be returned.
The return of this initial order will cancel this members business center activation. All shipping costs to return the product are the responsibility of the member. The customer must contact the company to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (***) number prior to returning any product or initiating any refund. Returned product/packaging must include the *** number and refunds will be issued upon receipt by the Company of properly returned product/packaging by the company. All volume and related commissions paid on the returned order will be deducted from the applicable LifeWave Members their sponsor and the respective upline
The order contained 3 X39, 2 were returned and one of these was opened and used. As per the above policy, 2 of those 3 sleeves returned to us, should have been unopened to avail of the full money back guarantee.
Our **************** team reached out to Bill on this and as an exception agreed to refund the difference on the account and this account has now been closed.

I am a Preferred Customer with the LifeWave products - and am promised discounts on the purchases I make at LifeWave (called "Loyalty Points"). With my last order on March 2nd, I was not awarded these "Loyalty Points" & charged the full amount of $244.02. I was told that this was a mistake & I will be refunded the amount. Their customer service is horrible - and you have to wait over an hour to speak to a live person. I've called three times - and each time, I'm told another department "is taking care of this" but no way is given to speak to someone in the correct department.Initial Complaint

I have been fighting for my full refund from Life Wave for nearly a month. They were supposed to issue 2 refunds. I did receive the first refund of $115.18. But as of today 11/8/22 I still have not received my second credit that is due to me of $106.98. That is the credit that is due to me that I am owed when I cancelled my membership using their 90 full refund. They told me that the membership fee and the shipping on the original order was not refundable. So the invoice total was $135.13 less the membership fee of $19.95 & the shipping of $8.20. So that totals a second refund of $106.98. They claim that the credit was issued on 10/27/22 for the $106.98 but I have not received it yet. These people are horrible when it comes to refunds. They simply refuse to give your money back unless you hound them daily and file complaints.
