      The patches have changed mine and my husbands life. We have dealt with cancers, diabetes, lack of energy and stamina and brain fog. I have never had any issues with customer service. I love that the person who got me started is available to answer questions and help me navigate any issues.

      The patches are absolutely amazing. I twisted my neck and my shoulder and fallen. Ive been seeing my chiropractor for five or six weeks at least twice a week I had about a quarter rotation just the right side of my neck and then after that, I was in pain a friend of mine introduced me to the 39 Lifewave wellness patch Within 24 hours I had full rotation of my neck both ways and the pain was gone. Im absolutely 100% on Life Wave. The company doesnt make medical claims the testimonials of hundreds of thousands of people speak to the power of the Lifewave wellness patches.

      Recently, my husband received a package from them. We have no idea why. He is not a customer. We saw that someone with the same name had apparently ordered these patches and was charged over $100.00. He called the company to let them know. No one returned his call. He tried again. No return. I emailed them. No reply. They have a customer who was charged and never received their product. They got their money, I guess thats all they care about. Terrible customer service.

      I never signed up for auto-billing. A couple months goes by and I get a charge on my account. Their excuse for not cancelling is that they printed a label at the warehouse. I don't care. I didn't authorize this charge.

      These patches, specifically the Aeon and X39 provided an almost instantaneous uplifting relaxation. I am planning on trying to help my family and friends who have health issues with the LifeWave patches!

      LiveWave sure smells, acts, and seems like a pyramid scheme!!! There's some credible, MD endorsed feedback on light therapy but I'm not at all convinced patches accomplish that. Biochemically speaking, their website and customers/reps/spreaders make a lot of totally unsubstantiated wild healing claims. *** keeps them limited to a wellness product, no registration.

      I'm beginning to think that Lifewave is a scam. I emailed them and never heard back. I've called several times and gotten opera music, and today been on hold for 25 minutes. No one ever answers.I've tried two kinds of their patches for two months each and didn't notice any difference. In fact, the sleep patches kept me away. I want to return 2 unopened sleep patch batches but can't get anyone to respond!I finally got someone on their chat, they said hello and disappeared! Apparently they have absolutely no customer service whatsoever.
