      They do not honor scheduled appointments. I literally scheduled an appointment and it still took three days for them to even look and diagnose my car. In fact when I called for an update they had no idea that they had my car in the first place. Two years ago, This exact same thing happened to me with the exact same car. Since it was two years ago I thought I would give them a chance again. Stupid me. I promise you, you will truly regret bringing any vehicle to this dealership. This isnt repairing a vacuum or a kitchen table. This is somebodys freaking vehicle. They truly do not care that they are holding someones livelihood in their hands for days on end. This is my only vehicle. I cant work because I trusted the wrong dealership. You would think by scheduling an actual appointment there would be some sense of urgency. So not the case! If I ever get my car back Ill end up living in it since I cant pay my rent now. They are not trustworthy, they do not care, they will get to your car when they **** well feel like it and not a moment before. Good luck to anybody who trusts them. Im so mad at myself for giving them another chance because it really has screwed up things for me now.

      I recently had a bad experience at ********************************** while trying to buy a new set of tires for my Jeep. The representative at the parts desk was particularly unhelpful and seemed annoyed from the moment I walked up to them. The price they had previously given me had also changed, which made the situation worse. However, I decided to try the Larry H. Miller Jeep dealership in *****. I called about the same tire offer and spoke to ***** in the servicing department. The difference in helpfulness and engagement was amazing. ***** was patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the right tires for my Jeep. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Larry H. Miller Jeep dealership in ***** for their exceptional customer service. I will now be driving further to their dealership for all my Jeep needs, knowing that my business is valued and appreciated.

      To Better Business Bureau,**************************************************************************** Fax ********* purchased a 2013 Mini ****** from Stevinson Lexus ******** at **** ************* Frederick ** ***** After I Test drive, I said I don't want to buy this vehicle, because the engine sounds like a diesel engine. Sales Lady. Took me and the car to Mechanic, if there is a problem.******** said this is how Mini ****** sounds like he said This vehicle is perfect. I took.Mechanic word and purchased this vehicle on 11-02-2023.I bought it for my daughter (she is in the College). At the end of December, I noticed the engine sound was even worse, so I took it to my mechanic. After diagnosis, the mechanic said the computer is bad, so I called Dealership and asked for help. I purchased this vehicle.for $12,393.24, they said we will offer $8,000/ I told them, since my daughter adds 2k miles.I will absorb $1000/ and I will buy the next vehicle from you. Dealerships stick to $8,000/.I am open also, if they can repair it.I need your help to resolve this issue. l has been them customer for about 5 years and bought about 10 plus vehicles from them.I appreciate your help.Sincerely,***************************

      I initially contacted the dealership and spoke to an internet sales representative, River about a car. He advised me to ask for him upon arrival, when I arrived river advised me he couldnt help me since hes only over internet sales. I found that strange considering thats what he asked me to do. I ended up working with The senior sales representative Quindon I test drove the car, and the check engine light came on. He assured me they would fix it and that I need not worry. Given the significant purchase, I asked him to inform me about the issue. He agreed, showed me the Carfax, and assured me they would address the problem. I filled out the loan application paperwork, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went home to get my car for trade-in, ******* called, stating they couldn't accept my car without the title.I suggested obtaining a duplicate title. but ******* insisted it was impossible without the original. Despite my efforts to resolve the title issue. I called the dealership multiple times asking three different representatives and still receiving no meaningful communication. When my new title arrived, I called again, only to be informed by River that I had missed out on the opportunity, and the car was sold.I Expressed my frustration about the missed opportunity but I instead inquired about a new ***** Bolt to take advantage of the tax credit and ***** responds by sending me a link to actual bolts and making a joke.then proceeded to send a laughing emoji afterwards which felt insulting. Feeling mocked and discriminated against, I requested to speak to a manager.i detailed my experience, mentioning the lack of communication after the test drive and the misinformation about the title. The manager confirmed they could have ordered a duplicate title from the *** that day. It seems this dealership prioritized making jokes about my situation than making a sale. I left this situation feeling discriminated against and undervalued.

      Came in to test battery and replace it, waited 2 hours for them to say Yes you need a new battery but we don't have it in stock , it will be there in the morning. I asked what time would be good was sold the same time would work (7:30am).Got here at 7:30am was told they are unloading the pallet for the batteries. Now at 10:41 am was told the battery was not on the pallet it was dropped off somewhere else and it won't be here till 11-11:30.Not good!

      Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Larry Miller Honda in ******, ** I recently had the terrible experience at Larry H. Miller Honda in Murrary, UT and I felt compelled to share my disappointment with others. My encounter with this dealership left me utterly frustrated and has wasted hours of time (still not resolved)!!If you would like to file your own complaint, send a message to dmv (at) ****.gov and share your experience.The lack of professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. It felt more like a chore for them to attend to customers rather than a service-oriented business.The staff members were unhelpful, unresponsive, and displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It's clear that their focus is solely on making a sale, and once they achieve that, any semblance of care for the customer disappears.Despite trading in my vehicle with the title in hand, it has been 2.5 weeks, and I am yet to receive the agreed-upon payment. The delay in processing has been quite frustrating. Additionally, I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the overall neglect!In conclusion, my experience at Larry Miller Honda in ********** was by far one of the worst I have ever had . I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options before subjecting themselves to the disappointment that awaits at this dealership.Save yourself the frustration and headaches steer clear of at all costs.

      I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and they tarnish the Toyota brand. ****************** has repeatedly mislead us and provided us with a damaged vehicle that was supposedly 'new', and which we paid a premium for. The vehicle was handed over with the protective cover removed from the control screen. We subsequently identified the control screen was damaged and reported it right after identifying it, and about 48 hours after purchasing the vehicle. After repeated attempts to contact the dealership, they have now advised they won't do anything about it, despite the fact the vehicle is not in a new condition and have alledged "an animal" damaged the screen. We recently relocated to the US and do not have any animals (despite this allegation being ludicrous). I invited ******** S to have the screen (and car) inspected to verify it is not animal damage and try to find a way forward but he declined. As is evident from the pictures, which were provided to the dealership, the marks are clearly not consistent with animal marks/scratches. Not only have we been sold a defective vehicle, we are now being accused of causing the damage. Never have we been treated in such a disgraceful manner. In addition to this, ******** agreed to provide an all weather mat for the trunk and the dealership is not declining to provide this, which based on previous reviews is an ongoing issue.

      Good grief i hate this place. I feel sick before coming here. They sold me the warranty. Once they kept me car for over a month for 45 minutes of work. They dont honor appointments, usually dont have the filter i need, and then they tell you theyll call an Uber for you that never comes. This place is a deep cauldron of vomit.

      Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he would call me before he left for the day to update me...nothing. I've called and left countless voicemails and text messages which go unanswered. Finally got word today it was ready and I made the HUGE mistake of asking if they could do an emissions test while they had it. They said no problem and it would be done today. That was at 12:45 and they are now closed. I called twice in that time and spoke to a "customer service" representative who knew nothing and transferred me to the same voicemail twice with no response. I still have no idea what's going on with my car

      While being screwed over by ***** DEALERS/MAZDA, THEN BY *****************(DIDNT LISTEN ONE BIT). I went to Larry H Miller used cars, found exactly what I wanted and at good price, no extra problems that I wasn't told about, like with *****************. I hated dealerships but Larry H Miller has lessened that hatred for taking care of me like I mattered. THANK YOU SO MUCH LARRY H MILLER USED CARS, everyone was so nice and understanding??????
