1 starWe were notified by Jeep of a recall for car emissions (Jeep Ref - Catalyst U 90). Contacted Larry Miller Jeep, ordered part which took 3 weeks and additional 2 weeks to schedule service. We were informed that the work required 1.5 days to complete, we dropped our Jeep off at the Larry Miller as scheduled:- Service Advisor ************************************** dropped off on July 25 at noon per scheduled agreement - Part pre- ordered and available at time of scheduled service - Service not started until afternoon of July 27 - No communication/updates from ******* - Did not return multiple calls & text requests - Rental car charges could have been avoided/reduced INVOICE ***** July 27, 2023 I met with ****************** the Service Manager, informed him that I had to pay for a rental car while our car sat in their shop not being worked on. ****************** said he would reimburse for the rental car. To date no payment for the rental car has been received - invoice sent to both ******************* Larry Miller Service was not honest about the time required for recall repair (1 hour - not 1.5 days) scheduling, resolution of rental car cost.Review fromChristopher F

1 starPurchased a new Ram on July 17, 2023 from Larry H. Miller Ram in ***********. Since I'm from Alabama, I requested they license and register it in my home state. The finance manager, *****************, said this would not be a problem, but may take longer than 30 days. He said that if it did, I should contact him and he would provide another temporary tag. After my original temporary tag expired on 16 August, I attempted several times to contact ***************** and my calls and messages went unanswered. I then contacted the sales department and explained the situation to one of their personnel who said that he would hand deliver a note to ****. When this did not generate a response, I again contacted the sales department and talked to another employee the following day and he sent **** an internal email, with a cc to me, requesting he issue me another temporary tag. This again did not receive a response, so I replied to the same email, emphasizing my frustration, and stating that I was to the point where I may pursue a legal remedy. This apparently got ****'s attention, because he replied less than an hour later and stated that he would take care of it the next morning. Three days later, I had still not received a new temporary tag, so I again contacted the sales department and asked to speak with the general manager. They transferred me to his number and I left a message explaining the situation, which also has yet to receive a reply. That same day, I also contacted the ** ****** of ********* and filed a complaint against the dealership. Later that same day, a representative from the ** ****** of ********* called me and told me that they had contacted the dealership and were promised that I would be emailed a new temporary tag by the end of the day. It is now two days later, and I have yet to receive a new temporary tag, have no idea what is going on with the registration, and I have a $75,000 vehicle, which is fully paid for that I cannot legally drive.Review fromCharles K

1 starPoor and extremely slow service. Beware of leaving lug nut key out and available for them to do a tire rotation. They do not put it back in the vehicle and then when you call claim they put it back. Don't expect a call from management, clearly they don't care. Update: Thank you for the generic response you give everyone. I shouldn't have to, as the customer that pays your salary, reach out to you! You should be doing your job as a manager and reaching out to me. I did, however, give you a call and leave you a message. Have I heard back yet?? NO. 1 starI just purchased a **** from this dealership, and in less than a month the front logo of Volkswagen fell. I took it to the services **** to get repair after I had contacted the Volkswagen corporation about his issue, they informed me that I should take it to the dealership and let them know to repair it under bumper-to-bumper manufacturing insurance. When I set the appointment they gave me a week of waiting to do this, while they informed me that I could not drive my car due to sensitivity from the computer and no protection. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the services and explained the situation, Oh my God!, The staff was so rude, had no empathy, really racist, They looked at me from top to bottom, and I felt so uncomfortable.Then they called the manager from the services department and he completely ignored us and walked away, talked to his staff(*******) by email, and stated it would be covered. I knew it should be covered, because I got approval prior, from Volkswagen. They set the new appointment for 730 a.m., then we got an email for 930 a.m., and they changed it without us knowing. After we got there on that day, the car was repaired, After waiting for 2 hours, we went to check and ******* looked at my husband and stated" Wait until I call you, your car is not ready" When we had already seen our car been done. then she gave us the car key- this dealer staff is racist, ignorant, rude, and they use racial profiling of their customers. I wish I knew who was their manager from the dealership, so I could complain. If you are Latino, Hispanic or any of you fit in any of the minority groups, don't stop in this dealership, because you will encounter discrimination.Review fromEdith T

1 starWe brought our 2021 Highlander in for a RCTA light coming on. Initially, we paid out of-pocket $500 to have the sensor reprogrammed. It worked for about a week before the light came back on, and here starts the problem. Not only was the problem not fixed, but they missed a service light that was on. It's clear from their multipoint inspection that the tech did not even look over the car, despite us paying out of pocket for what should have been a warranty issue.The service advisor would not return our calls or emails. After eventually getting through and bringing the car back, we were told it would need a new sensor (despite no diagnosis being done other than reading the code). After multiple back-and-forth emails from their assistant service manager where we received false information, we connected with the service manager. He was more helpful than our previous contacts, but that's a low bar. Eventually, we paid for a new sensor out of pocket, and two weeks later, the light was back on. After bringing our car back for the 3rd time, we were told the car's body was damaged. I waited until a rep from Toyota could meet in person to explain, as the information and level of service we were getting was non-existent. We decided to go ahead with the body panel repair, and were told by the service manager that they would use the old sensor (I kept the part) and refund us for the cost of the new sensor that was incorrectly replaced. It's been 65 days since we picked up the car and they have yet to refund this money. We've been told it's in the mail, then voided and being printed, but due to issues with corporate has been delayed. It does not take 65 days to process a refund. During this time it will take multiple emails over several days/weeks to get a response from the service manager.****** learned, I'll never go back to Stevinson Toyota East. I've worked in dealerships before and I am baffled they get away with treating customers like this.Review fromDaniela U

1 starThis dealership sells cars to people for over the amount theyre worth and when you drive off the lot the car depreciation is less than what they sell it to you for and you then think you have a nice fixed up car but come to find out they sell car with off market parts and selling theyre vehicles to people like that and say they dont really check the vehicles if they have the right parts on it. I went in to have them check this car 10 times for the same issue and even had the battery replaced and charged me 250dollars on my credit card and I needed my car so I paid it. Now I have to fix my brakes and rotors and they were trying to charge me basically my car payment ($700) which for a 2018 ****** rav 4 shouldnt be more like 500 but my interest rate is at 14% thats ridiculous and now I have to pay even more money to fix the issue that the car was sold to me for and a client I used to cut which oddly enough stopped coming to me after I baught the car from him and then went off and baught a million dollar house. 5 starsI would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by *******************, He took care of my sweet mother and provided 5 star service throughout her expiereince !! Thank you **** for going above and beyond. He was assigned to take care of my mother by the General Manager *********************. I spoke with ***** concerning my mothers long long total nightmare of a purchase before he was the ** It was one of those buying experiences you hear about and dont believe !! ***** is the new ** here in Bountiful and He took my mother by the hand and took care of her !! God Bless you *****!!! I live on the other side of the Country and run my own business it has been difficult to take care of mother with my busy schedule !! I am so very grateful that you went above and beyond and took care of my mother and solved her car problems !! Thank you so very much !! You have blessed our lives! I also want to recognize ***************************: ***** was there since the beginning .. when my mother brought the original car in for service. He worked under the old ** ***** did his best caught in-between the Boss and the client! 1 starFORGOT TO PUT OIL FILTER IN MY TACOMA!!! I recently decided to take my truck maintenance into my own hands and Im glad I did. I preformed a simple oil change only to open my oil filter container to find NO OIL FILTER. I drove ****** miles with no oil filter because the lack of attention from this dealership. I used to think of ********* as a great business but clearly things are going down hill. Even my safety inspection and maintenance logs did not have tire rotation and oil change checked off. How am I supposed to know that the maintenance was actually done? When I brought this up the response was its internal so the logs are only for us. I gave **** the service manager over a week to figure out a solution only to lose my phone number and causing me to come in person. The solution to this problem they offered is to do another oil change and send the oil in for analysis. This is an extremely lame attempt at proving any solution to this issue as one analysis wont do much, there needs to be multiple tests to compare to see trends. I was extremely patient and kind during this whole process but yall dropped the ball and this review is well deserved. I hope others see this and will open their eyes to the lack of professionalism from all ********* dealerships. If you care about your vehicle DONT take it here.Review fromEmaleigh B

My car was dropped off on a Saturday. I was told they may not look at it until Monday but someone would call me Monday and let me know what was wrong/ set a plan in place to repair the issue if need be. I received no phone call Monday, and myself as well as my car insurance called the business and left messages multiple times from Monday-Wednesday. I finally went in person Wednesday to find out my car had been worked on and ready but no one had bother to call or answer my calls. Because of this I had to cancel appointments and rearrange my work schedule as well as pay for Lyfts. I will never take my car here again.Larry H. Miller Dealerships
