****************** recommended the most expensive repair for a simple failed blender door. Told the manager **** my issue and explained the ** works perfectly, he wrote me off and did not care as if this is standard procedure. They wanted $5,000 to perform the most expensive repair on an ** for a $100 job. I got lucky to leave with only a $200 diagnostic troubleshooting charge. Stay away from this rip off shop!

We have a 2022 rubicon that needed to be serviced under warranty. We set an appointment and were told the work would take 1-2 days. We could see it was never looked at because theres an air tag in it, so we came back on the third day to just take it back and they informed us that THEY LOST OUR JEEP KEYS. Instead of re-keying the jeep and fixing the faulty part under warranty they did nothing, and after some push back because my husband had work the following day they gave us a crappy little loaner car with a cracked windshield. Its been a WEEK now with no apologies or updates and my husband has been there for over an hour and they just magically found the keys. Still no work done on it. Absolutely terrible service. Save yourself the time. We took 3 trips out to the dealership and spent several hours waiting for no work what so ever.

Larry H Miller Honda in ****** has one of the worst service departments I have ever had to deal with. When you called them, you are on hold forever. If you try to leave a message, it says the mailbox is full. One person told me one thing about my oil change warranty, four weeks later another person told me something totally different. I did not get my refund. All I got was a run around. They are totally unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. I would not buy a bicycle from Larry H Miller Honda in ****** absolutely horrible service center.

I purchased a vehicle from Larry Miller Surprise on 07-25-23. The Internet sales person did a video walk around of the vehicle failing to show damage to the right front bumper and grille. He said said there was No damage or scratches on the car. It was delivered to my home. A couple of hours later, after handing an air conditioning service call man, I looked the car over and discovered damage to the lower front bumper and grille. I contacted the sales person and was assured they would look into it. After two days they wont fix the problem.

Dear Larry H Miller, I cannot begin to express the deep frustration and utter disappointment I am experiencing with my truck purchase from Larry H Miller. My decision to buy this truck has turned into a regrettable nightmare, and I urgently seek your help in finding a resolution. From the very moment I brought the truck home a year and a half ago, the engine light mocked me, foreshadowing the countless troubles ahead. Since then, it has become nothing more than a constant headache, spending more time in your service center than on the road. The never-ending list of repairs, from the *** module to the *** and PCM modules, EGR cooler, water pump, turbo line, intake manifold, bypass tube, glow plugs, ball joints, engine, rear axle, BCM, RFH, and now, the body harness, feels like an unending nightmare. What frustrates me even more is the lack of support and understanding I've encountered when seeking help. Attempts to communicate with managers or individuals who could offer assistance have been met with silence, leaving me feeling abandoned and ignored.I had always held Larry H Miller in high regard, expecting top-notch customer service and a commitment to satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has shattered these expectations, and I am left questioning whether my trust in your dealership was misplaced.I implore you to take this matter seriously and personally intervene to find a fair and equitable resolution. This truck purchase has been nothing short of a disaster, and I need your help to turn things around.I request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to reach out to discuss it further with me. Please provide me with a direct line of communication or schedule a meeting at your earliest convenience.Your urgent response is greatly appreciated.Sincerely,*****************************

I purchaed my new **** Edge from LHM and really love the vehicle (It still has less than 50K miles) I have tried to be patient with the never ending change in service department management and employees but do not think they are able to perform even the most basic of tasks. (Last year they held my door handle for over 4 months b/c they said it had to be painted). This year they have a new team (AGAIN) and notified me that my check engine light was on due to the purge valve (which needed to replaced). I agreed to the service and was told their new "valet" service would pick up the car at 7AM. After 9AM I called and of course could not reach the service person who "sold" me this service (other service department folks said they could not reach him). at 11:15AM called to check again (guess what? Service guy still unable to be found). I honestly do not know how they stay in business. This is a far cry from my experience with the **************** when I bought this Car. Will never purchase a vehicle from any LHM establishment again.

We bought a 2016 Land Rover discovery from them. They claimed that everything that needed to be fixed, was. Fast forward not too far ahead to July 9th, where the car is fuming under the hood as if its about to explode, as well as a rattling noise in the engine. We havent driven the car even **** miles. Dont buy a car here. to make it worse, I called sales and service to complain. ******* wont return my calls but I finally reach *****, who definitely hates his job or life because he gave me quite a conversation along the lines of the car problem not being their issue. I then wrote a ****** review about this and ***** calls me back on my personal phone to thank me very much for his negative review and that your review is not going to help you out here at all. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst dealership *** ever worked with. ****** is the used car sales manager and hes as crooked as they come. I purchased a ~$50k Audi from these incompetent dealership. Not only did it take two months to get the car due to administrative errors, but when the car arrived at my place it has 3 different manufacturers of tires on it. After Audi inspected the car they said the front two tires were too small for the car and the two rear tires were different manufacturers. All three tires have different tread. Audi laughed when they saw this and said to contact this joke of a dealership to get the correct tires. Audi said the Quattro system could be damaged and the car would be totaled if I hadnt found out these were the incorrect tires to be installed on an Audi. When I asked ****** if this was ethical, to sell a car unseen, said its sold as is, and s**** over the customer. ******* response was we sell Toyotas not Audis, how would we know these were the wrong tires. Well ****** you probably should sell Audis anymore. ****** basically told me to pine sand since I bought it in CA and had it shipped. Very unethical staff and Im sure the owner is just as unethical because this behavior is being tolerated. I have to spend ~$2k to make sure the car I purchased from them is safe. The two front tires are unsafe and this is clearly an ethical concern they will not address. Dont sell cars that are too expensive for you to understand/maintain.

I had a simple 5k service done and within 48 hours of leaving the dealership 2 of my hub caps had fallen off. Clearly the technician didnt do their job properly. I reached out to the advisor, service manager and gm of the dealership multiple times through email, voicemail, messages with the receptionist and have still received no response over a week and a half later. All Im asking is simply to replace the 2 missing hub caps, but this dealership obviously has no incentive to have good customer service.
