1 star****************** is completely incompetent. *****, who works in the service department as either a tech or manager, is HORRIBLE. He doesn't know how to have a conversation about vehicle diagnostics and was unable to tell me what was wrong with my Diesel Jeep. I requested a diesel mechanic to look at my vehicle and he told me that a diesel mechanic isn't necessary and that they will have a "Jeep Specialist" look at it. $1200 and 3 weeks later- they replaced both my brake lines, which was pointless- they replaced my entire ignition, which was pointless. My Jeep still wouldn't start with a key! ***** told me to come pick my car up but that it needed a new battery- I took my vehicle to Autozone to warranty the less than 2 year old battery and was told my alternator was broken and not my battery having a bad cell. I also noticed at autozone that all my Diesel was pouring out of the bottom of my vehicle. ***** is the worst service manager/technician. I had to get my jeep towed back into this horrible dealership and they have not called with any updates or remedy to make this right. They also have no loaners to offer for clients cars that they have messed up and they refuse to run DIAGNOSTICS and would rather play "guess and pull on a wire to figure out whats wrong" DO NOT GO HERE.Review fromLori C

1 starIf I could leave a 0 review as a rating I would. This service department and service manager and general manager apparently do not exist. We have called and called since May! (It is now July) no one will return calls we are now going to try a corporate manager and see if they will call back. Their diagnostic $180 was crap! Tried to charge my 83 year old mother over $1600 for her A/C that was not cooling stating that it also needed additional work that was almost $3000! Second opioid diagnostic cost half of this dealership $180 fee and showed the car was in good condition and the A/C only needed a recharge. It only cost $337 total!!! Do not trust this service department!! They will not even return our phone calls to refund my 83 year old mother's $180!!!! HORRIBLE!Review fromJoseph R

1 starAbsolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. The Lemon Grove location in ********* is dishonest and shady. I went in with 5k down had it over. Signed paperwork. Then a week later the salesmen ***** called me back saying My boss may have found you a better deal. Alright cool I head back he asks to borrow the *********? Then 15 mins later he brings me paperwork to sign stating I wasnt approved for the loan. Dont know why he couldnt just call me and state that in the first place. Here we are over a week later and they still havent given me my money back. Absolutely disgusting how business is being conducted at this location.Review fromJames B

1 starThis has to be one of the worst dealerships around! I went here just to get oil change and a tire rotation, but when I got back one of my wiper arms stopped working. Both my wiper arms worked fine when i brought it in. I called them multiple days and left multiple messages but they refuse to return my call. I will not be going here for anymore oil changes and if I could give them a negative rating, I would. All I want is for them to take responsibility for messing my wiper arm up and for them to fix it free of charge.Review fromTravis H

1 starZero stars. I knew when I took my vehicle in that sure as the sky is blue they were going to come up with some way to charge me for more parts or labor. I took that chance because the part was under warranty. I understand its the service departments job to up sale parts and labor. Its all about the Benjamins right? But when you take your vehicle to them for warranty & recall work and you are communicating with them all day about what is going on with your vehicle and they say it is done. You show up to a 2 hour labor charge for $366. For nothing you discussed or approved them to do. In my eyes thats fraudulent. I started to discuss it with them but with every word I was getting more angry and cause I knew it was a load of _____! I couldnt afford for things to escalate out of control. So I bit my tongue and paid it. In this economy everyone is struggling and I never Would have approved this work to be done. One because the warranty parts should have fixed the issue and 2 I didnt have the money. Now Im sitting with $23 in my bank account for gas and food till next Friday while they drive around in their $90,000 cars and sleep in their nice soft bed in their $500,000+ home. Rant over, they did their job now Im just looking at the whole situation like I paid $366. To have these warranted parts put on so the anger doesnt consume me. Kicking and screaming I will TRYING TO NEVER use another dealership again. Especially Larry H Miler!Review fromOrmond F

On March 31, 2023 I went to LHM Southwest Hyundai, **** ***** Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 to buyout the 3 year lease regarding 2020 Hyundai Sonata - VIN # *****************. -the Finance Manager completed the finance application indicating that the buyout amount was $23950.23. I paid that amount with a loan from ******* Federal Credit Union. They said they were sending the Title Information to the state to name me as the new owner get the Auto License information and to transfer the license to my name. They put a temporary auto license good for 30 days on the car. May 15, 2023 - I had not received either from the state. I called state MVD and they informed had not received the above information from Larry H Miller. I went to the dealership and the said "during the 45 days the finance department moved to a new location and just ignored significate duties their critical duties for me and others. They put another 30 day auto license on rear window. Then on May 24, I received a letter dated May 12 from Finance Corporate that I would not get title if I did not pay an additional $300.70. They gave no explanation. I went to the dealer and the had no answer and said I could not get title until I paid the $300.70 even though they had no idea what it was for. I paid the $300.70 under protest. I called MVD June 8 and they still did not have the title info or the license plate. So, I have been waiting 2 months and 8 days without owning my car and without License plate. Over my 92 years I have leased and purchase over 40 cars in 5 different states and have never seen such lack of professionalism and irresponsible Financial obligations. I am requesting (1) $300.70 refund (2) to get my title and license plate immediately. (3) receive a copy of the paper I signed April 1st to replace a document that they had me sign an incorrect document the day before. (4) Certify that the 5 year warranty is still in effect. Thank you. O***** F***** *** **** ******* *** **, Albuquerque, NMLarry H. Miller Dealerships

1 starI brought a 2020 ************* that I had purchased from this dealership two months ago for service. While in service and five days later, I received a call from the service advisor on Friday, that my Jeep had been wrecked or damaged while in their custody. The advisor stated that a manager will call me later that day. I visited that same day after work to look at the damage then went home to wait for a call. By Sunday with no call received, I decided to stop by the dealership only to find that they had done nothing, of course the sales manager was helpful and tried to trade me out of the vehicle and were going to pay off the loan in full. I had to have the vehicle towed, claim it on my insurance and have talked to attorneys considering alternative measures to conclude the issues considering the loss of value due to their negligence. I do understand things happen outside of their control but its been two months and I have yet to ever be contacted by them without going to the dealership myself to get information. The General Manager tried to bully me into letting them repair it which I declined since I have zero trust in them not overlooking potentially needed repairs to my damaged Jeep. ** my opinion this may be the worse dealership in our area in post-sales service.Review fromTina H

1 starOn 25 May 2023, I went to Larry H Miller in ********* **** to trade my 2017 Jeep Rubicon in for a 2023 Challenger. I told them to remove my ex-husband's information from mine, since our information was linked due to our past purchases from them. I ended up getting an email from my ex-husband saying you may want to contact them with your current information, which Larry H. Miller already had. I watched the sales rep remove his information, so needless to say my ex-husband knows what i drive now. I called the dealership and told them about that incident. Than I found out on 12 June 2023 that Larry H. Miller has not paid off my loan on my Jeep, which is still showing on my account and is coming due in two days, if i do not pay it, it will show up as delinquent on my credit report. And a few weeks ago another sales rep called and asked for more information that they needed for the credit union, which i sent to them. So I assumed this was taken care of. I also found out yesterday that my car has not been funded. They claim i need to change my information on my bank acct to what i have on my drivers license which i told them was not the correct information (address). Larry H Miller already had my correct home address and my bank has my updated information. Their reasoning as why my car has not been funded and my Jeep has not been paid off is my address is not up to date on the paperwork. But they sold my Jeep!! Since my Jeep is still on my acct with my bank i still have to pay for it even though i no longer own it. Larry H Miller told me to come in today, 13 June 2023 and sign some paperwork to change my address and the finance guy will send an email to Goldenwest credit union saying they will pay off my Jeep. I told them i do not trust them when this was supposed to have been done weeks ago. I emailed my bank to find out if Larry H. Miller received the title for the Jeep. I am waiting to hear back on that. If so then my jeep should have been paid off.Review fromTodd H.

Had purchased a ******** battery bxt-****** and just tried to exchange it under warranty and was refused a replacement battery. I had all of my paperwork and the battery warranty is supposedly good until ****. I was told because they could not read the serial number on the battery that they wouldnt replace it. Not certain how the serial number is affixed to the battery but a battery is in the outside elements and gets a lot of abuse. So a 36 month battery is really not a 36 month warranty per Larry Miller ***** I can assure you that I will never purchase parts from this place. Larry Miller **** does not stand behind their product and service. Buyer beware!Larry H. Miller Dealerships

Hello sir.I am the parts director at Larry H Miller ***** An email was sent to me this morning about a concern you had with a warranty battery from Motorcraft that we sold you back in 2021. It is my understanding that when you brought the battery in for replacement, the labels were illegible and some were missing. Manufacturer guidelines state that we have to have those labels in order to process a warranty exchange. I apologize that this is the guideline, but I would like to see what we can do to resolve your concern. How may I help you obtain a replacement battery for your vehicle? I am happy to help any way we can to assist you. You may contact me directly at ************ and we can discuss this further. ********************* PARTS DIRECTOR LARRY H MILLER FORD MESATodd H.

Hi *****, thank you for your response. I tried to call you back at the number in your response but was only able to leave a voice message to call me back. I would love to resolve this issue. I want to say that this is a very sore spot with me because here I saved my paperwork in the glovebox of the truck and in addition the plastic sleeve attached to the back of the battery even had the duplicate paperwork with it. I have/had a year and a half remaining of warranty on this battery that is now void because of some unwritten manufacturing guideline that was never addressed when I purchased the battery or is even documented on the paperwork stating these manufacturing guidelines you are following. History of this battery in this vehicle is that it is an old **** truck that sit outside in the elements and has lot of mechanical issues from time to time and mechanic crawling all over it. It was identified to me by your parts counter people where these numbers sit right up on top of the battery where it looks like something was drug across it. Just a guess and now that voided the warranty. Unbelievable! Now the worst part of this, after being schooled by your parts counter people about this number, I was embarrassed and will say humiliated at the least in how they handled it in front of other customers. Total embarrassment on my part, your counter people especially the bladed headed guy with the glasses was not professional with the situation with other customers in the store. I left this place steaming. I cant recall ever being so embarrassed by someone at a business. Not professional at all. This could of been handled much better. I was not even offered to speak to someone such as a manager nor would I have wanted to after the unprofessional way it was handled. I can honestly say that I have purchased parts from your part department of many years, not a lot but even back when it was ***** forge and even bought a few cars from the dealership, but rest assured I will never step foot back in that establishment ever again!Review fromSeraphim M

1 starI brought a new 2023 Jeep in for the oil change and window tint and this morning ,I was called and they told me they left the window open all night during a severe storm and their was water damage in a new 2023 Jeep and all they did was turn the heat up to dry the top off , I do not want this vehicle back. I feel problems will occur in the near future and I am concerned about mold forming in the vehicle. I am also concerned about the near future when we try to sell the vehicle. I am sure that no one will purchase this vehicle due to the water damage , the Dampness also can get into the workings of the dash LCD screens, computer systems, wiring, etc. in a new 2023 Jeep at ******************************************************************************
