Charged me for service, didn't fix problem. Blamed me for"new problems". They tried charging me more money to repair same issue with same parts. Then agreed they were same parts and they would cover under warranty but new parts were damaged by "someone other than them" . I was told i would need to pay for new broken parts if I wanted my car repaired. Then refused to replace original broken parts until I paid for new broken parts.

The absolute worse service department I have ever visited. Absolutely no one answers the phone, call backs are promised but never given. Even when you have your service advisors direct phone number or email. Dont expect a call or email back. My car was there for 6 weeks. The only reason it ended up being worked on is because I drove 30 min to the dealership and inquired. Turns out, the parts we had been waiting on were delivered who knows how long before. Otherwise itd probably still be sitting there with no update. Take your business somewhere else.

So I brought my 2015 Jeep Compass in for a diagnostic. It was having squeking noises and it needed the brakes checked. I booked an appointment for a month out because that was the only opening they had for May 1st. I brought my car in May 1st ****** the Technician Manager said they charge a diagnostic fee of $165 which is understandable. Then ****** told me it would for sure be a day to let the car "cooldown" and diagnose it. I knew right then and there I was in for a ride, because since I knew they werent going to be working on the engine they shouldnt need to worry about any heat. I actually ended up recieving a call that evening explaing the work that needed to be done which was nice, there just wasnt any estimates yet. Furthemore the next day (May 2nd) I had waited until the afternoon when I recieved a text that ****** was speaking with my warranty company. That had taken them 2 hours. I then spoke with ****** about what my warranty covers and how much everything would cost. In total it would cost me around $2000 which I dont have that so. We decided on repairing the parts that are most important. which ended up being brakes, rotors, and front struts, priced at near $1300 after everything. ****** said parts would not come in until Tomorrow May 3rd which is understandable. Now were into Wednesday May 3rd, and I had not recieved a call or text all day. Now its Thursday May 4th. I had not recieved any information until lunchtime when I called ******. ****** told me they got the parts early that morning and he reassured me that they had started on my Jeep and that it should be done tomorrow. So now It is Friday May 5th I spoke with ****** my car is still not done and I have been told to wait until Monday May 8th. I got an estimate on repair time from my warranty company and I also know a few things about car repairs since I have gotten so many in my life. Front struts brakes and rotors should not take 7 days to complete.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your car dealership's maintenance department. As a loyal customer, I was shocked to find that your team's negligence during a recent oil change (November 2022) and installation of a faulty oil filter resulted in my car leaking oil for approximately 10 miles. I only noticed when the engine started making clanky noise due to low oil level. Upon towing the car back, they flushed the engine with new oil without my approval. Although the staff initially tried to blame a new employee, they ultimately refused to accept responsibility for their negligence. Moreover, the manager attempted to explain the failure mode of O-rings to me, despite my background in materials failure analysis. Upon informing him of my expertise, he ceased the explanation. This conduct raises concerns about potential exploitation of less informed clients. Furthermore, your handling of this situation was both unhelpful and contradictory. Your refusal to reimburse me for the towing and inspection fees incurred due to your negligence, along with your insistence that I sign a liability waiver before compensating me for fees incurred at another dealership, is utterly unacceptable.I would like to remind you that ***** law, specifically the ***** Consumer Protection Act (ICPA) under ***** Code ****** to ******, safeguards consumers from unfair and deceptive acts and practices. As such, I am seriously considering taking legal action against your dealership for its negligence and failure to take responsibility. I strongly urge other consumers to take their business elsewhere and find a more reliable and trustworthy service provider. My goal in providing this feedback is to serve as a warning to others and to encourage your dealership to take greater responsibility for its actions moving forward.

I opened a claim for my 2015 Dodge Challenger **** Pack 6.4L. It was only supposed to take 10 days to fix my vehicle. Larry H Miller Collision West has had it now for 65 days.... They should of been done with my car a little over a month ago. They let it sit in their parking lot for 30 days cause the tpms sensors were on back order. But they could of easily put 4 tires on with out tpms sensors to get it moved so they could start fixing the ignition & could of replaced the back window the whole time. After the 30days of "back order" I called and they said the tpms sensors are another 2 weeks out but we did you a ************ your rims and tires to discount tire today to have some put in. ( a favor huh? they should have done that to begin with let alone already of been done with my car) then they said they have to fix the window after that they said the ignition still isn't working....( they told me the first week I called them that they got the car key reprogrammed and it runs fine.) So they lied to me a few different times, didn't return my calls a few times, & just let my vehicle sit outside for no LEGIT reson...

I had a very frustrating experience with the auto repair department of this dealership. The original repair done on Jan. 5, 23, turned out to be defective, and the front drive shaft pinion seal was leaking worse than it had been originally. I scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the issue on April 5. My vehicle was at the dealership for almost 2 days, during which time I made several calls to them, and they had made none to me that I hadn't left a message for. They finally informed me that they did not have the part, and that it would be 3 to 5 days wait for it. I called them Apr 9 and got conformation that the part was there (no call from them). We set an appointment for Apr 12, 8:30 AM. AT 2PM I called them, left a message. At 3 PM I called them, left a message. They called back and said they could not get to my car that day and would work on it the next day. Finally on Apr 13 at 2PM (after I had called them and left a message at 1PM) I got a call back that my car was ready. Hopefully this has come to a successful conclusion, but it has been a most frustrating experience.

Very disappointed.I bought a 2018 Dodge Charger and lately the inside of my doors have been warping and I call Larry H Miller and basically that I am S.O.L because is out of warranty. Then I call corporate and they told me to call the dealership back to set up an appointment to confirm that the doors are warping. The Charger is an awesome car but this dealership and Dodge corporate ***** and next time I'll go elsewhere.Everyone was all smiles when I bought the car but know they want to bill me for something that was caused by cheap material used to build the cars.I know a lot people across the country are having the same problem...Shameful!!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this company!I purchased a vehicle beginning a February within 3 weeks. There was a major electrical issue which they repaired 2 weeks after that there was another issue that was repaired. I was told the vehicle would probably have the same experience again. I received the vehicle after the repair on Friday Tuesday. The same issue happened again. I was told by the dealership that because I contacted the manufacturer that they could not help me. It was up to the manufacturer to either reimburse me or to give me credit for a new vehicle. Even though they told me that they would put me into a new vehicle

Worst customer service I have had in my entire adult life. They are overbooked and dont even look at your car when you have an appointment. Even if you pressure them they say they took a quick look at 5pm when theyve had your car since 8 am. I have gone here multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have had service scheduled where I have showed up for and they tell me they cant see my car so I turn around. Last time i took my car in I spoke to customer service prior to bringing it in and they assured me it would be taken care of and diagnosed day of and it wasnt. I had to call again before closing and they said they cant figure it out. Every time Ive gone there *** had to call and pressure them to actually look at my car which they do right before close or the next day when I have an early morning appointment. They fix a problem then a week to two weeks later the problem arises again. Almost every time. And I pay every time. And wait days to a week or so every time. This last time it took a week when I was assured it would be taken care of immediately. I had to pressure the guy to get it looked at and it took them like two days to really even look at it. They told me it was one issue and that my car would be ready at 3:15. I came at 3:40 and my car wasnt even ready and the problem they fixed wasnt the actual problem. They told me it might be another week. I ended up refusing that service and just taking it. I will never go here again. I live a mile away and Id rather drive to boulder to another dealership then ever deal with this place again. Coming from someone who has spent most of their life in customer service. Never use their service department. They are awful and rude and full of bs just to appease you. The only positive person I ever dealt with there was *** so give that man a ralador but everyone else. Awful. Go anywhere but here.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. After extensive misdiagnosis with my vehicle I was left with a 3k bill. The dealership and claims department takes no responsibility. This dealership is Absolutely a rip off!
