1 starRecently I took my car to get it repair at Larry H Miller Chevrolet at *****************************************************************. The mechanic was aware of the problem and charged me money without fixing the problem. The amount was over ***** dollars. My car was returned to me in a worse off condition. I took it back to them the next day to fix the problem and they refused to even look at my car when the lady on the phone made the appointment because my check engine light was on and they lied to me saying if I drove my car that the problem would fix itself when a car cannot fix itself. Therefore they robbed me and may not have even looked at my car or done any work to it. I feel that I have enough evidence to *** them in court and win but I would like to submit a dispute instead to save my time and my money. I dispute this because I was robbed and went back to give them a second chance and they turned me down. I would like to file a complaint against them and request an official investigation into this business. If they refuse to give me a refund then I will take them to court to get my money back.Review fromJaide C

1 starWe bought a Dodge Ram about 8 months ago. Since we took it off the lot its been a nightmare. Every time we wash the vehicle more and more paint comes off. Showing huge scraps and damage done to the truck. Huge amounts of water is leaking through the ceiling to the point were you get wet in the back seat. The salesmen lied to us about the warranty we bought. We are now paying on new things breaking every month around $700. We went ************* and they told us to get lost. Horrible place!Review fromPreston P

1 starIf I could give this sales team and GM a zero star I would. Very dishonest, shark like behavior. Please don't waste your time and money dealing with non honest professionals. At the end of the day these people only care about them selfs. They are so bad here, I will never support this company.Review fromLynda V

1 starBEWARE -SERVICE. I had a scheduled oil change/inspection/bulb change on Saturday at 11:30 (dropped it off the night before). Service advisor-*****. They sent a text message in AM stating that I could use that method to contact them. Sent 2 text messages for ***. NO response . I finally called at 3:45 and was told I'd get a call back in "2 minutes". After over 45 min with no return call, I called again and was told car was done and needed to be there in next 20 minutes as they close at 5. Once I got home after paying, I noticed that I was NOT provided with the usual inspection report . The oil change sticker was not replaced and car not reset. I called Monday morning asking for a service manager to call. No manager called! Two days later, I spoke to ***** again as to whether inspection or oil change was actually performed since, besides the headlight which I had reported on envelope, there was no indication that anything else had been done. She said "they changed headlight bulb so that proved it was done". However, I was the one who indicated this light was out -it was NOT found on inspection. No apologies or explanation as to why report wasn't provided or why sticker and car not reset. When I stopped by again to pick up report (now Wednesday), I was given the report by another service advisor who also placed a new sticker on the ****************** the car. HOWEVER, this new report had EXACT mileage as noted on 09/2022 report and the oil sticker was same. I called AGAIN. ***** argued that they recorded the mileage on Saturday accurately. I told her to look at Sept ************* finally agreed it was same. But again, no apology, no explanation as to why. So at this point, either an inspection and/or oil change was never actually done and I was charged for services not rendered, or they truly can't get it together to do a simple oil change. I'll leave it up to the BBB and ************************** to determine whether this was fraudulence or incompetence.Review fromFelipe M

1 star3 months later after dropping off my car for a recall. After two visits (I was told it was finished on the phone), over a dozen calls made by me (never did they call me to update me), and about 3 months later I still don't have my car back. That's 1/4 of a year without my car. I called today and still no update on wether it's ready or not. This has been the worst car repair shop experience of my life solely based on no communication from them and how much time it's taking to get my car back. It's ridiculous!Review fromChris B

1 starEmailed me in writing they had a vehicle reserved for me with a sale price including my taxes. The day it was supposed to arrive I received calls from *********************** and ************ Letting me know they were no longer going to sell me this vehicle. This dealership is also guilty of fraud by charging customers a ******************* up for remote start on vehicles that already include a remote start from the factory. They install no additional equipment and are charging customers for it. Luckily I caught this but how many customers have not.Review fromH Larson

1 starTAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If you are interested in a car buying experience full of silly games and disingenuous tactics, this is the dealership for you. If not, based on our experience, we would recommend spending your valuable time and hard-earned money elsewhere. We negotiated a deal on a new vehicle, made a down payment, waited 1-month for the vehicle to arrive. When it was time to sign the paperwork the dealership changed the deal and increase our costs. Had to walk away, sales team seemed to think these were acceptable business practices. They are not an organization that is operating in good faith or integrity. Ultimately a complete waste of our time and effort, and not an experience that I would wish for anyone else.Review fromJames B

1 starThe ONE STAR rating option is far too generous for Larry H. Miller Dodge in *****, ****.The phone system is deliberately designed to deter the caller from actually speaking to an actual human being. The only way to circumvent the system is call the sales department. The automated voice on the phone system actually gets annoyed if and when you call again. This is because you will have to keep calling as they NEVER return calls from your left messages. Can you imagine who would have thought it was a good idea to approve the front line of a company for the potential/existing customers experience would be an automated phone system that is rude, deflective and flat out hangs up on you.As for the "service department", it can be anyone's best guess as to what the department is servicing given that their experiences will vary. Albeit the variances may be slight based on the slew of reviews here on BBB.I have taken my car in SEVERAL times with the same problem and they never were able to fix it other than a temporary band-aid solution at one point. When I went back for the FIFTH time because the band-aid solution was ineffective, they said they could not find the problem. A good indicator as to WHY they were unable to find the problem was that there was no disposable floor mat in the car service technicians always use and there was plenty of falling snow that day.I can vouch for the snow as I had to walk in it to and from the bus stop for the bus from the dealership to get home since there was no operating courtesy shuttle. Another lost sale came from me trying to get a replacement part for the interior of my car that no one was able to get a price quote on. HINT: the "parts department" would have been a good place to start for a price on a part. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and suggest that the service department could not get ahold of the parts department employing their current phone system.Review fromJory R

1 starAvoid at all costs. Such liars. We went there looking for a car I saw online. I called them first to see if it was still there and was told it was. So we went down to the dealer. The car was not there, and they blamed the website for false info. It was a true loss leader. OK, we were there and looked around. I told them it would be a cash deal and how much I had. We saw a car we liked and made an offer. The salesperson went in and came back and said yes, we have a deal. We go inside, and the salesperson steps away. We thought to do the paperwork. We were there for over an hour, and after a bit, he returned and said they could not do the deal they agreed to. He told us it would be $8k more and do we want to finance the $8k. Such BS. We were then told the manager said yes to the deal to get us inside. No intention of honoring what they said. We wasted over an hour on complete BS. Do not trust anything this place says until you see the paperwork. Don't say yes to a deal that there was no intention of honoring, no matter the reason. We might have gone back and gotten the car if they were honest.Review fromJoe P.

1 starIt has taken me a year to write this review about Larry Miller Dodge Peoria. I was debating on taking legal action for misrepresentation for some issues during the financing part of this purchase. I bought the truck brand new, and it came with nerf bar *********** which I didn't want so I had them put the Electric amp research ones on but still charged me for the originals. their words were oh we won't charge for the spray in bed liner (which I took to the place) and charged double what the place charges or the leveling kit which they installed as well $ 600 for a $99 leveling kit. well guess what still charged for that. Told them I wanted the extended warranty through Mopar. They sold the higher priced through Chase plus like 4 others not needed. Not to mention a market adjustment inflated price which the salesman said they didn't add to vehicles. As far as the services go my service rep has been good to deal with but I don't care for the Kids that take the vehicles back to service or bring them to the front. they should make sure there are no oily fingerprints on your vehicle when it's given back to the customer or oil on the side when they ran over a puddle I Love the Truck don't get me wrong but ..... I don't think I will ever buy from them again and I tell my friends the same Moral of this is never trust the salesman, general manager or the finance guys writing the paperwork. Trust your gut and if it's telling you, it's wrong walk away
