Learn more about reviews.******************02 2 months ago I have purchased many vehicles over the years. This was absolutely the worse place I have bought a car! Salesman sucked. Never explained one thing about the car.. Took 2 mile test drive. Asked about oil changes. How many included. He thought 1. Finance **** told me there was no warranty on the vehicle. I would have to purchase a 6 yr ******. Found out from my brother who works for Chrysler jeep that it does have a 3 year ***** mile Warrenty. Tried calling general manager 3 times. He wasn't there. Talked to assistant manager. Dead silence while talking to him. Asked twice if he was even there! Left my name and number with him to have general manager call me back...and still no return phone call. I have called dealership 10 times and left 5 messages for general manager ********. I would not recommend and to shop else where for your vehicle. They don't care about customer service at all!! So very disappointed!! I just want reimbursement for the extended warranty that I bought when it was suppose to be included with my purchase. ;Review fromCarrie T

1 star3 to 4 days to HOLD our jeep before even looking at it. They talked c*** about our jeep without looking @ it and trying to convince us to trad it in without know ANY HISTORY!!! Then they called me back being RUDE as h*** by not letting me finish a sentence! I hung up on then. I refuse to be treated in that manner. They have retention issue NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY the mechanics a decent wage is to why they are short staffed. Not my problem. FYI. ALL dealerships manipulate sale and yet the used car market just collapsed and they think they can get new price for used jeeps in 2024! I spoke with the repair ***** a new car manager and then received a call from the internets manager trying to get me to NOT file a reviewIm not the one! 2 starsI bought my ****** 2023 Corolla cross almost 4 months ago. I havent received my tags for that car I contact the dealership I havent heard nothing from them. I dont know what kind of business that running. When I bought the car, it had a chip on the windshield and I told them about it and they refuse to fix it. I talked to ********** from the service department and I talked to *******. She is the customer relations. What a joke on her. She has no people skills. She pretty much told me that I did the chip on the windshield and I need to fix it myself. Larry H Miller. 8633 **********************, ******, ********. And about my tags I havent received anything from them A phone call or nothing. I dont know if they racist again against customers. 1 starThe finance manager and his people at LHM Honda in ************** are not honest with their dealings and responses. I bought a car on Feb 19 2024 and cancelled the extended warranty that the finance **** sold me. Never deal with any add on marketing gimmick with that department. They are unreliable and disingenuous since it was sold by the Miller family to a company from Georgia. My family have bought cars from LHM since 1993 but was unaware that it was sold by the family until one of the finance guy told me so.Just be careful in dealing with them. 1 starI was coming in to look at a new Jeep Wrangler, while on my way I was on their website and I noticed they had a $50 gift card offer if you test drive a truck. I was like, cool, we can check that out and the Jeep I was interested in buying. Salesperson acted like he didn't think that we would be able to afford to purchase something there and told us what the monthly payments would be for a new one. I was like ok cool. Then he asked if we thought we could do that. I told him I'm not concerned about that. He kept probing to see if we really were interested in the truck. I told him we are really interested in the Jeep. He said he could just get us the gift card for the truck even if we don't drive it. Nice. We took a Jeep Wrangler *****'s 4XE out for a test drive and I loved it. He didn't tell us anything about any of the features. When we came in they weren't able to get even close to the price that I saw online for a lease. At this point he said that they would just take our names and send us our gift cards which was hard to believe. I said I'd wait for the email. They didn't at all know what to do to get us the gift cards. We told them we had a code they needed to input on the website to redeem it. I told them we would wait, because it seemed like they weren't going to do it. We waited for an hour with everyone ignoring us at a table until finally another associate came out to check with us. He said the website was down and that they would definitely get it in and get it to us or if they didn't they would cut us a $50 check. We never got it and have been incessantly calling and emailing us with the information we provided for the gift card. I ended up buying the Jeep I wanted from another local dealer who provided a much better experience.Review fromApril D

1 star******* Larry H Miller downtown Honda - ***************************** made false allegations and tried to sell me 3 parts that were not needed. False selling of- **********, ********** belt, and a tensioner belt totaling almost $1600.00.I talked to the **************** Service Advisor, and a technician that these were all necessary items. I thought this was strange because my car has around 50k miles on it and drive it back home almost 80 miles. ********** charge still good. Got a second opinion and it wasnt an alternator, it was battery corrosion on posts and a battery sensor went out. I saved $1,000. The alternator charge was fine, it was battery corrosion on posts. Glad I went to a different shop that did the repairs for under $500.00. If I wouldve gotten the parts that the ****************** made numerous suggestions that alternator needs to be replaced along with other belts that were necessary. The cost wouldve been much higher since they couldnt solve the issue in the first place. I wont ever buy from this dealership again or get my car serviced here. It makes me wonder over the years how many other services they have sold to me that werent needed. I wouldnt recommend going to this dealership, instead go to a honest shop.Review fromAdrianna T

Iv been trying to get a check since October of 2023 Iv continuously been trying to get answers on when Ill receive this check and no one seems to answer when Ill get it. On top of that they lost my piece of paper I signed at the dealership and they have no clue where it went. How unprofessional to lose a piece of paper with customers Information.Review fromKendall L

1 starLarry H. Miller **** King in ****** I bought a 2023 Bronco Sport last February. It has been a great car but my experience with this dealership is dismal at best. I purchased 3 oil changes for $165. & asked if they expire, & the business manager (****) said no they dont expire. I got an email last week saying the remaining 2 oil changes are expiring this month. I have only ***** miles on the car, so I have only used one oil change. Went down to the dealership & talked with the other business ************ said, there is nothing we can do for you. While buying the car I had other issues with the business manager adding things I did not ask for, but I wont go into that today. I was in the process of trying to buy another Bronco Sport (Heritage Edition) online at LHM, but that isnt going to happen. If you are thinking about buying a **** AVOID LARRY H. MILLER **** KING. 1 starVery Bad, Unresponsive people. They dont care about you. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and they tarnish the Toyota brand. ****************** has repeatedly mislead Me. I took in my car for repair and it been there for about 5days now and still dont have answers from then or ETA of my car. I lost my job because of this people. They are very bad people, I would stay clear far away from them. Theyre of no good. I will Never in my life step my foot in your store again. And I mean it. I financed a 2020 VW Jetta Jan 1. 6 days after having the vehicle the check engine light turned on. Sales rep said its the gas cap and theyll order another one for me. Then the oil change light turns on on the 7th day of having the car. I take it in, the mechanic tells me its a canister valve line thats leaking. I have not even paid my first payment on the car and Ive only had it for a month. Theyve had my car for a whole week without any communication of whats the status and updates. Ive called and every time they tell me a manger will get back to me and theyve never called me back. The weekend goes by and they never told me they dont service cars they have in lot, they only work on the appointments scheduled for the weekend. Im frustrated as a first time buyer with this well known company. The car should not have any problems my first year having it. The dealership has been very dishonest in this transaction.
