      After deciding we were moving from ***** 150 miles south to ***** ****, my wife and I decided to buy a 5th Wheel travel trailer to live in until spring. We bought our trailer from Castle Country Rv. We were told the trailer would be given a full detail and full inspection if we wanted to pay for it. This cost $650. We were told the trailer was used and they wouldn't fix any cosmetic issues which we understood. They did however told if there was any major problems they would call us and let us decide if we still wanted the trailer. We never got a call and were told the trailer was in great condition. We had them deliver the trailer our current home so we could pack it and have it ready to move. On move out day my father and I walked around the trailer and checked tire pressure. We noticed the Suspension and the leaf springs were completely shift to left. There are also cracks in the frame. After calling the salesman and being hung up on twice I then was called by the *** After an hour on the phone they finally decided to come take it back to the lot. I was told that it could have happened after the sale and that their Techs would never miss anything like that. Its been a week and I have no update on the repairs and when I call I get no answer. My wife, 4 month old baby and myself are now living with family because we have no trailer. I would never recommend this Dealer to anyone. I cant believe how Ive been treated and how dishonest they are. This has been the worst experience of my life and I hope none of their customers are ever treated the way I have been. After a week of the trailer sitting at their shop we were contacted by the ****************** today and were informed they couldn't do anything to fix the trailer and we needed to find someone else to fix it.

      Buying here was fine, it was after I went through a financially devastating divorce and had to sell my travel trailer. April 29 I contacted Maleia to cancel my gap and extended warranty. She said ***** days. June 10 I emailed, June 16 I emailed with no response. I started calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally I got an email back from **** that the girls finally cut the check almost 60 days later. It now has to be sent to the bank I used for finance. Its July 1, and still no refund. Buyer beware, once they get your money they are done with customer service.

      Castle Country RV has offered Exceptional service and products to myself and my family. We purchased a beautiful Alta Bunkhouse from CCRV and it has been the best trailer we have ever purchased. We had a few minor warranty items that needed addressed ( as to be expected ) but with the help of ****** - the service manager and ***** - the warranty administrator, everything was fixed perfectly and we were able to get back to camping right away. ****** and ******* were phenomenal to work with during the buying process of the trailer. I would highly recommend Castle Country RV for the purchase of your new RV and for any service needs. Also- very much recommend the Forest River East *****************!

      Buyer BEWARE! This location misrepresents themselves completely. To start, their website says they have an A+ rating on BBB. When you look them up in the BBB site, their rating is F. I recently requested their Blowout Pricing on an ** and received an email stating their best price. However, when I went to the ***** location, they would not honor the price in their own email! They claimed they had a system glitch that had affected several customers. My question was why they had not corrected the issue or removed the blowout pricing button - no response. Then they presented us with a written offer that was the same number as their original ad and blew me off when I asked what the advertised low price was supposed to be. Although they have the ** we would like to purchase, we no longer feel we could trust this business. We have made our purchase elsewhere. If possible, I would give this business a -5 stars.
