    Nature of the Dispute:
    I signed up for a high-ticket coaching program based on the promise that a fitness offer was part of the service. I made it clear from the beginning that the fitness offer was what I was interested in. I was told the fitness offer already existed, but when I followed up, they said it was “coming soon.” That never happened, and I was misled.

    Attempts to Resolve:
    I requested cancellation once it became clear the program wasn’t what was promised. The financing company (HFD) told me only *****, the CEO, can approve the cancellation. They placed my account on hold, but ***** hasn’t responded since May 30th—he has ignored every message.

    Current Situation:
    I paid $250 upfront, and if this isn’t resolved, I will be forced to pay the remaining $4,750 for a program that was misrepresented from the start. This is unacceptable, especially when I was clear about what I wanted and was told something that turned out to be false.

    Requested Resolution:
    Full cancellation of the agreement and refund of the $250 already paid. I also want the $4,750 balance canceled immediately. I was misled, ignored, and locked into something I never agreed to under the real terms.
