      On November 17th 2021 Weller Recreation (Troy B******) took a $500 dollar deposit over the phone via credit card for the purchase of a 2022 Can Am X3 RS Turbo RR (UTV) for the OTD price of $26,000. I recieved a Bill of sale via email which showed a remaining balance of $25,500 upon delivery which was to be in March/April of 2022. That date came and passed with no contact from dealership. After reaching out multiple times was then told it had been pushed back and would be shipping the end of June and arriving 1st week of July 2022. Again that time came and passed with no responce from dealer. Now upon reaching out yet again supposedly the vehicle vin#came and they want to ad additional $8-900 dollars to contract price. I insisted on fulfilling the bill of sale price. They sent me back my down payment. with no other explanation. I have waited almost a year and want my machine at the bill of sale price.
