      If I could give them a negative I would have. There was nothing wrong with my machine, I sent it in for a full service and my clutch gone through and now my shock has gone out because its a wearable item and Ive not even gone out this season yet (my oil was completely emptied into my garage after the service was done). On the phone I was told it would take 10 hrs for a full service, they called me in 3 hours. Fortunately Ive NEVER had issues with my machine (including before it was taken in for service) and maintained frequently. I would suggest you taking your machines elsewhere to get serviced. After talking to a few other people that took their machine to wellers its also happened to them. Mistakes happen, own up to them and fix YOUR mistakes, make it right instead of calling the customer and being an a****** ******************* doesnt seem to want to be responsible for the mistakes they make, poor customer service. I will be telling everyone to find somewhere else to go as well as finding somewhere else for myself.
