      Ordered a part and paid for Express 2-3 day shipping and 2 weeks later I finally talk to them and they say it'll be a few more weeks until it ships. They refused to reimburse me the express shipping charge even though their website said it was in stock.

      Do not waste your time or money! **************** is a joke! Return not accepted on a power supply that was plugged in. Ridiculous!

      Buyer beware! If you so much as open the box and don't use the item, they will not give you a refund. I returned a $300 electrical unit for a pool vac and just plugged it into the wall inside my house to make sure it wasn't defective. I found out the same day that my vac motor was out so I never used the electrical unit, never took it outside. I packed it back up just as it came and returned at my expense. They have their unit back and refuse to refund a dime! They can ship it out to another buyer and double their profits.

      Beware, learn from our mistake DO NOT BUY FROM SUNPLAY! This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Their representative ********* with talk right over you, will not listen, takes no responsibility, and is just ultimately rude having no value for their clients. Our team called over 2 months to get this resolved and when I as the owner of the company called she first hung up on me, then proceeded to tell me our issue was our fault constantly talking right over me.Lets get to the issue. We ordered an expensive $4K pentair heater. The box it came in had been repackaged and looked brand new, so we accepted it. Once opened we received a used heater that had multiple parts rebuilt, the whole shell cracked etc. They constantly blamed it on the shipper and would not replace the broken or used parts of the unit. We ultimately had to pursue a chargeback with our credit card.

      It looks like so many others I was taken in by not checking the reviews. They sold me a pentair filter lid for ******. but I was out of town and ordered the wrong cover. So I ordered the right one from them for ****** + dollars and returned the 665. one. After telling me to return it the refused the new 665 lid that the had sold me. The original box was not factory it was packed by a lady named ********* as she told me she had packed it herself, and had none of the system 3 decals in the box. I returned it paid shipping and and it was delivered and received by someone named *****. and they never returned my money. These folks are CROOKS and CONMEN PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY! I could not even give them l star I wish I could give them a -5 stars.*****

      What a mistake. Tried to exchange a pool light bulb when I discovered the fixture was broken and the would not take it back. Customer service was not willing to sell me a more expensive item and take the bulb back

      I ordered a saltwater cell housing unit in may ******************************* i emailed to see where it was and had no reply as of 6/30-23. But they had no problem collecting my payment

      Terrible service. My parts are in transit, lost!They won't do anything about it. They keep telling me they'll show up any day now. Very frustrating! They got my money but I'm going to dispute the charges.

      I was sent a damaged spa pump and after a month still havent gotten a refund. They said they had to file a claim with **** *** said they have already returned item.

      Beware of doing business with Sunplay. I wish I had taken the time to do a little research before spending my hard-earned money with these scammers. I ordered a Jandy pool filter it was delivered in a timely manner however it was missing all the necessary hardware to be able to install this filter, no directions, no warranty or registration paperwork. Upon closer inspection I think this was a returned item placed back in the warehouse. I contacted them immediately and sent all the pictures they requested. It's been 5 days I have called and emailed several times and all I get is the run around. I need to purchase another filter immediately. I think Sunplay needs to be investigated and shut down. There is a difference between poor business practices and fraud.
