      Bought pool shelf lounger that does not work as described. It was submerged in water a total of 10 minutes and now I am told that they will not allow a return. How was I to know that the lounger was either defective or the product description inaccurate. Extremely upset that I am stuck with a $700 chair that I cant use.

      I ordered a part from Sunplay without checking out if they were legit. Right after placing my order I decided to check and saw these terrible reviews. However, the part came on time and was in good shape. It ended up being the wrong part so I returned it. They were helpful in the return process and I received my return in a timely manner. It's too bad they're rating is so low.

      TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a high dollar part replacement, had a professional come to install to ensure it was done correctly and the part was defective. Reached out about returning and they would not assist because it had been installed, but how would you know if it worked if you did not attempt to install? They tried to make me go through the manufacturer directly who then told me that they were selling their products labeled as new but had to be refurbished because they DO NOT sell parts online through distributors.so they basically just stole my money and will not even try to make it right. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
