      My fiancé and I placed an order for a bed from Mareebeds on March 22,2024 we sent a wire transfer of $13,447.01 and has not heard anything back since we paid. I’m now requesting a refund.

      I purchased a very expensive custom bed from this company. I had to fight them tooth and nail for service. After they delivered the bed, I have been after them since early September to sell me a mattress protector for my custom oversized bed. If I could buy the mattress protector at Target or elsewhere, I would, but I have to get it from this company, Maree. Riece (sales) never returns any calls or emails unless you are a new customer. Cody (shipping department) has never once been available, nor has the owner, Erica. They have lied to me twice now, claiming that the mattress protector was shipped to me. I never received one, let alone two of them. When I asked them to provide me with a UPS tracking number on the matter, they told me that they didn't have that information and that they would call me back. That was over a week ago. I am at my wit's end and I am sick and tired of calling them everyday and getting nowhere. For what I paid for this bed, I wish I could have canceled the order and purchased elsewhere, but now I am stuck with them and I am at their mercy to ship me the mattress protector. Please help

      We ordered a mattress from Maree Co in may of 2022. We sent them a wire payment as requested for the price of the mattress which was $12,955.05 CAD.
      We have followed up for months requesting the delivery and status of our order and no one at their company has returned phone calls or emails. They have run with our money and we have not received our mattress.
