    They refused ** service because they didn't want to go behind our washer he Said no room to work but in reality he didn't want to work on our house. Worst service ever. Don't ever recommend. These guys to anyone

    Hello *****. When you called to schedule service, I asked if we could get behind your stack washer dryer. That is always my first question for stack units. You said there was plenty of room to get back there and to work on them. When we arrived there were two stack units in a closet in a tiny room with no space to pull them out or to work on them. There was even a counter sticking out half way in front of the machine that was proken. If you had mentioned that in the initial phone call I would have declined the service up front. You see, I've been doing this for 25 years. I've blown my back out doing this job in the past. I've been in rehab for months before and I have to protect my back and those of my technicians. Many stack units have cement counterweights inside and they are surprisingly heavy. Most appliances are in laundry rooms where there is enough space to service them in place. We don't quote a service call based on the one in a thousand laundry room that has no room to work. And something like that really needs a company that can send two or three guys out to move all the appliances out of the room with an appliance dolly and disconnect the other appliances so we can get behind them. We aren't set up to do that so when we arrived and realized there was no room to work we did not charge for the trip out. I'm sorry you thought this was the worst service ever when it wasn't a service we offered to do once we saw the scope of the project.

    I've used Appliance EMT for the past 15 years for all of my appliance issues. The owner, *****, has always answered my questions. If a repair appointment is scheduled, I know the repair will be fair, fast, and usually done the first time. They try to be fair by not selling you every part you may possibly need, but a good balance of price, speed, and honesty. It's crazy how people that maybe don't have the best experience with a business, lay ALL the blame on you as the business owner and are too fast to sentence someone to death to satisfy a misunderstanding. Hopefully they can be forgiven in the future, WHEN they make a mistake.
