    Blue Sky Solar is not honoring its contract to cancel out my electric bill by providing a solar system that will meet or exceed my past energy consumption. The sales rep also made misleading statements indicating that the electricity rate charged by the power company would remain the same for the length of home ownership, and not be subject to any rate increases. Attempts to contact the company for resolution have been unsatisfactory, the project manager (Maddie) is not returning phone calls and the "usage specialist" states the company is experiencing financial problems and won't be honoring contracts.

    My solar panels are not working. It has cost me over $400 so far! The monitoring company is supposed to alert me and get a repair person out to fix this problem but there has been zero contact! I called to complain to the local office and no one is returning my calls. I'm paying $175 a month for a loan to have these panels and now I have to pay the electric company (EWEB) $410. I consider this a breech of contract and will be seeking legal help if my system is not fixed and I'm reimbursed money to pay for the electricity from EWEB.

    After several years in use, a component to our system was updated. Technician came out and replaced fall of 2022. He noticed that some of our panels were not working, and in his words, looked like they were never hooked up, then story changed- only one not working and it just needed a new module, but would have to come out in the spring of 2023 to trouble shoot- due to snow on roof.
    New part module came for non working panel which is covered by warrantee.
    Since spring of this year, we have been stood up 3 times by technician.
    No calls, and when rescheduled, we were again stood up, no calls, no notification!
    Although technician is very friendly and very knowledgeable, he has left us waiting all day for his arrival.
    When calling the office I was told that the tech didn’t have a car, was the last excuse.
    Apparently no one in management considers a rental car, a loaner or even driving him here themselves.

    All of the panels were properly connected at install - the issue referred to is having 1 optimizer fail, which Solaredge replaced for free as part of the manufacturer's warranty. Our technician did have a couple of unfortunate events that delayed in ability to get out to the home - however, we had last scheduled to go replace the optimizer on Monday November 27th. We called the morning of multiple times and received no response even after starting the travel to the home. We eventually turned around due to lack of contact and received a call back around 3-4pm that day. We are now working out another day to return - around winter weather as the home has a metal roof.
