      I was told that I didn't read the following document properly and at this point it is a problem which I could only fix. So I had to explain to Flagship that I was told along with the co-signer that the was the best that they could do. So we explain that if any payments get behind that it would be an extension of the loan. So we got into a personal bind and had to take care of a family matter. Which stressed us both out and explained this to Flagship I told them by calling me stressed me out. It has gotten so bad that they call more than 4 times a day and I know that they should be leaving messages. After I had to explain to them that I was disable and the calls stress me out and shoot my blood pressure up. It took a year later for them now to just call my partner phone. I need answers and want a new loan. I have never in my God given life experience such reckless phone calls and then the line of note reading the notes or stating that the agent didn't put those notes in the last call. Come on now. Make it make sense. I'm exhausted but I need the car to see that I get back and forth to the doctor.

      I recently began receiving letters from this company telling me I was approved for a lower interest rate on my car, and that I could
      Lower my payments. I never responded. I received a call today (July 26th 2024) from this company. They advised me I had been preapproved and just needed to agree to the terms and they would begin the process of paying off my current auto loan with another company. I advised them I never authorized this nor did I respond to their numerous attempts to contact me. They then advised me they had pulled my credit. I never authorized this. This company does not follow the law as you have to have permission to pull
      Someone’s credit. I am filing a dispute with all credit reports right now. I would like the hard inquiry that they illegally pulled off of my credit report immediately.

      I used this company to finance a vehicle, when my car was totaled I was quick to complete any and all paperwork with them, but they dragged their feet, “lost paper work”, filled multiple papers incorrectly, forgot who my paperwork should have been filed with, took a extra payment and when I asked for a reinbersment they could never get ahold of a manager and multiple times claimed a manager would contact me but they never did. I want my money back that they took that wasn’t theirs to take!

      I sent the following letter to the company to express my concerns regarding inconsistent auto payment drafts & unreported payment history. I expressed how disappointed I am with the inconsistencies of these two matters. On multiple occasions over the past few months I have been with the company, there's been instances where either no auto payment was deducted therefore generating unnecessary calls requesting a payment after the account has no gone into a pass due status. Absolutely no reason I should be getting these types of calls. I set up auto pay for each payment to auto draft on my pay date. These calls are causing unnecessary stress and confusion on my end when budgeting for other expenses. It is crucial for me to rely on a consistent payment process to ensure financial stability. Additionally, my payment history is not being reported to any credit bureau. As a responsible borrower who maintains timely payments on all financial obligations, it is disheartening that I'm not reflecting positively & greatly impact future financial opportunities. I'm requesting immediate attention to the following:
      1. Ensuring consistency in auto payment drafts.
      2. Reporting accurate payment history to all major credit bureaus promptly.
      I expressed resolving these concerns will not only benefit me but also maintain a positive reputation for the company. I requested confirmation of this letter within 10 business days and an update addressing my concerns within 30 days.
      Thanked them in advance and stated how I am looking forward to a prompt resolution.

      I purchased a vehicle with a loan amount of 38,000. The interest rate at the time of purchase was 15% which was high, but I was told by the financial lender that I could pay off my vehicle early and avoid the high interest. The first year of payments I doubled up on payments and then at the end of December, I noticed my pay off was not going down; the next payment due date was simply extended.

      I called the first time in December 2022 for a detailed payment history and breakdown. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told a detailed breakdown of my payment history would be sent and a supervisor would reach out. None of these things happened. I halted payments in December and January due to this conflict. I resumed payments in January and when I made the payment online, the current payoff good for 10 days was around 29,0000. I called again in January, same issue. I was told a supervisor was not available and someone would call me back. Still nothing. I went back online to view my payment summary and noticed the web portal had changed. When viewing my pay off amount last week (June 08, 2023 at 4:45 pm CST,) I see the pay off now is showing 34,000. I immediately called and demanded an explanation as to why when I was doubling up on monthly payments the first 8 months of the note, was the pay off showing more than it did 6 months ago. The customer service rep (who I did not get his name,) mentioned they just transferred to a new portal and that there was no way to pull a breakdown of payment history. This is un acceptable and I explained that I do not feel comfortable continuing to make payments towards something; when I have no idea where my money is going. For 6 months I have been trying to get a payment history to include the breakdown/summary of payment. What has been applied to principal and what has been applied to interest. I appreciate any assistance to this matter. If you look at the attachment, there is no option to view payment history.

      I have been trying to volunteer repo my car for months . The car has been giving us issue since I purchased the vehicle. I have been requesting the form for 4 months . I’ve been lied about the letter being sent . Today I just got information that my car is going to be repo and that I didn’t get the letter because I was on the do not call list . The representative also told me I will get billed after the car is sold in auction . I need help with this matter , so I can purchase A car to care for my child .

      I’m filing a complaint against Flagship. I received financing from them for approximately $11,000 for a car I purchased from Maplewood Auto Mall. I’ve called them numerous of times to try to let them know that I was sold a car that the dealership knew had a faulty engine. I’ve called them asking to speak with a manager over several times & left a message for them to give me a call back. They have not contacted me so this leads me to believe that they are aware that Maplewood Auto Mall is selling bad cars.

      I have financing through this sham of a company. From the conception of my loan, I asked them to change the date to the 15th. They stated I needed to make 3 payments before I could change the date... Which caused me to fall behind in payments... ok right my bad... amongst the stress of COVID-19, being stranded in a foreign country, losing a child, and I don't know life things got behind. So my car was repossessed, and I had to take money out of my 401K Plan which as we all know takes time. in the meantime, I have informed them many times that my address has changed and they sent a letter of intent to sell to my billing address (AS in the address you use for your debit card) and asked them to send correspondence to an alternative address...the associates are RUDE AF by saying "If you have a billing address, isn't that where your bills are supposed to go" very condescending attitude and I am not going to allow any entity to treat with such disregard... Long story long they said they were selling my car 1. I have not received any kind of letter of intent and 2. I have not been given any option to know who the agent is to pick up my belongings... I am beyond MAD... Do not use this company's biggest mistake of my life... I want an Apology from this company... a personal call with a sincere apology. Also in exchange for full payment of what is back owed i want this to not reflect on my credit report...
