      For the beginning, issues. Sales person sold a big BS story and all my system has done so far is cost me more than just my utilities. Took months to fix. Was told I was responsible for a part one of their workers took and couldn't find because it was in my care. Several appointments and no one ever showed. Was told I'd be reimbursed for the months it took to fix, but I just keep getting the run around. Currently have a roof leak, and no one will call me back to schedule. My ceiling is crumbling where the water it dripping. When it rains hard, I have a puddle on my floor. Mold has started to grow. The worst mistake I made was allowing them ever to enter my house. Even the installation was a mess and didn't pass inspection the first time. I don't understand how they are in business.

      Nice to find a company that you can call to find out information and get help quickly! Recently changed my internet access and was able to get a tech that was really nice, knowledgeable and explained everything to me while working on my solar connection! Completed the process quickly and he was on his way to another customer. ??

      I recently purchased the Lumio system for my home and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The installation process was quick and easy, and the system has been generating a significant amount of energy for my home. The array is also very aesthetically pleasing and adds a modern touch to my home's exterior. I highly recommend the Lumio to anyone looking to switch to renewable energy sources or simply save on their energy bills. The team at Lumio was also very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the Lumio Solar panel to others.

      Been waiting for 10 months for parts and repairs to be done. Was told they would reimburse for some of the lost production. Nothing paid yet. Phone lines are always busy with no messaging. Email not responded to. Crooks?

      Was worried when I first saw some negative reviews but then realized most bigger solar companies have similar if not worse reviews. We did a solar and roof project with Lumio with no complaints. They installed us in about a month and wrapped everything up the second month. Given the speed of install and their in-house installers, my family and I are happy we went with Lumio!

      I will never let lumio solar on my property. The worst experience or my life. the salesman was a liar and a snake . Do not trust this man. We were told he was going to look into see if we qualify for the ***** program for free solar installation. we got a letter in the mail that we have an active loan for $71,000 dollars and a email stating they would be out the next day to install. They already had a permit from the city. The application contract was signed electronically and we told the man before the left that day that we are not interested. They have no signature or authority from us to do any of what they have done. After countless phone calls to LUMIO and the finance company and I mean several calls and nearly two months we finally got it canceled. they said from the time this man come into are house till the time it was canceled that we owe $955.35 dollars for there time and expenses. I ask them to send me a copy of the bill along with a signed contract. they have a electronitly signed contract and told me that was sufficient. We owe them nothing. They told me if I don't pay it will be sent to collection. If I had not caught this when i did the amount from the time the representative come into my house till the time of cancelation the amount they say I owe would still be accumulating. This company in my opinion needs to be shut down and held accountable there actions .This is today still an ongoing night mare. Lumio is set out to ruin my credit with no signed contract or authorization to do this to my wife *. The time and troubles this has put us threw is horrific. Thank you

      Ive had THE WORST experience with lumio. They made errors every step of the way. Till now, they are not taking responsibility for their mistakes and correcting errors at my property.I look forward to leaving an HONEST review warning lumio customers about lumio not taking responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the work they do at the property.Lumio doesnt honor any warranty agreement. My property has cracked tiles on the roof (caused by the installers) and uninstalled solar panels that are probably damaged because of how lumio handled them. I have reached out for months via several channels and no one addresses my very valid concerns.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! This company promises things and then does follow through. The rep I have is terrible and I regret ever signing a contract with them. Please think twice before using them
