      Lumio is fantastic! They made everything simple and easy to get signed up, set up, and completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting solar panels for their homes. This has been a very positive experience.

      Ive been waiting since April 2022 to get the project finished. Still not finished and worse part is ** getting charged for an unfinished work that began over 6 months!

      I am not happy with Lumio, I have made several phone calls to them because it is going on 6 months and my panels are still not working. I have gotten the run around and told that a company called ******** would call me or email me to set up an appointment to come out, but this company has never called or contacted me. I have called several times and I was told the system is clogged up with my request for service, it was only the 3rd time I had called in a six week span. This is very frustrating and stressful dealing with customer support.. I paid a lot for these panels and I would like for them to work.

      "In regards to the AKE Power Perfect Box Filter, I noticed the difference almost immediately. The house began to feel calmer then before I installed it. The constant 'hum' that I was acutely aware of was greatly mitigated to almost zero. I also noticed that I did not feel as jittery as I did before. Kind of like a piano wire under constant vibration that has suddenly relaxed. I am very glad and thankful to you for raising my awareness of the advantage of this filter. It seems to become more effective as the days went by."

      Extremely poor service, deceptive sales practices, confusing and contradictory promises, and the most unprofessional employees and management I've EVER encountered. ********************* knocked on our door and asked if we'd be interested in exploring Solar which we were. he asked for a "brief" return visit to explain the company and scope of work and provide a quote. That visit was over three hours long, and at the end we agreed to see if we qualified for financing and net metering (which he misinformed us about the nature of). He told us to let the company know within 3-7 days about our decision. When on day 7 we declined the proposal (several $K over market), we were issued a $1600 invoice for cancelation of our "account" after the 3-day penalty free period. That was news to us, as we never agreed to the project in the first place! When I complained about this, ***** took over a week to reply, and let me know that the invoice would stand because the company "doesn't want to pick and choose what invoices it voids". I asked to be escalated, and he finally connected me with his manager 3 weeks after I first asked to be connected. This manager, *******************, repeatedly no-show'd our scheduled calls, would not share his number with me, would not provide availability at reasonable times of day, and ultimately stopped replying to me emails altogether. After 2 weeks of silence I called the customer support number (even though I was NOT a customer) and shared my situation with ***********************, who was able to quickly and easily do what I had been asking ***** and *** to do for over a month - cancel the ridiculous invoice. ***** and her team were great, helpful, apologetic, and easy to work with in ***** contrast to ***** and ***. Together those two were the least professional, most incompetent vendors I've ever had the displeasure of working with. The entire experience with Lumio was humiliating, violating, overlong, fruitless, and unenjoyable. Negative stars, a huge waste of my time.

      "Once my Lumio Power Perfect Super Duty Box was operational, I check the *** meter and found that the millivolts in the electric wiring were reduced to safe levels. Even more impressive was the face that my wife's electro sensitivity symptoms were immediately reduced to even better than before the smart meters were installed... that night was the first time since all this happened that she slept 8 hours. This has changed my family's life in the most positive way!"

      This company would receive 0 stars but I had to select 1 star in order to post my review. Our family was recently harassed in our home by one of Lumios representatives. First off, we have 2 no soliciting signs though apparently those do not apply to this Lumio employee. Also, if you refuse to respect the signs dont be surprised if we do not answer the door. Furthermore, do not attempt to continually come back multiple times if we dont answer the door. The gentleman who came to our home (will remain nameless) seemed to have a hard time respecting our responses of no thank you, we are not interested and no, thank you the multiple times it was stated to him. He was extremely pushy and when he did not make a sale/get what he wanted he proceed to walk away and call my husband a F*cking dumba$$, with the entire interaction caught on camera. A company wide class regarding respectful communication towards potential customers might be beneficial.
