    I want to confirm this is a legitimate business & obtain specific contact information including phone numbers, and names of executive staff, official addresses for both the headquarters and production facility. I have received no response from this company to the attached document that I sent Xentermine Support Department on 8-14-2023.

    I bought diet pills online with a money back guarantee. These pills have an a lot of caffeine which they never mentioned. They are tearing up my stomach. I tried contacting them, no number. They will not email me. I just want to return and get my $130 back.

    We emailed you back twice yesterday, August 9th. Both times with complete instructions for returning your order and receiving a refund. Unfortunately, when you email outside of normal business hours, you need to be patient and not expect an immediate response.

    Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund. ALL items must be returned, even the opened items

    To be eligible for a return, you must return your order within 60 days. You may only use up to one bottle (plus one free bottle if applicable) for your order to be returnable. All bottles must be returned (opened or unopened).  If your purchase consisted of multiple bottles, you may only use up to 1 bottle and return that bottle plus all additional bottles and they must be in an unopened and resalable condition. ALL shipping charges are not refundable.  


    For all returns, there is a restocking fee of up to $7.50, which is only for our original shipping costs for sending the product to you.

    I purchased the 3 bottle set, but after using for 3 weeks, the product did not work for me (the ingredients made me lightheaded dizzy), and I attempted to return my bottles within the refund timeframe (60 days), to the proper address listed on their website. My shipment was returned back to me with this error message: "Return to Sender: REFUSED. Unable to Forward" and now it's beyond the reimbursement timeframe. I think that this company is a scam and would like to report as having false and poor business practices.

    I ordered this product on March 16, 2023. I pay $164 for it. I read their rules And did exactly said sent it back and they refused it. I complain to you about it and I guess the complaint went to them and they sent me a label to send it back... I just found out now that it was refused once again. I don't know what's going on with this company ,But there's no reason to refuse it.

    I purchased Xentermine about two weeks ago for about $60 for weight loss. It had a money back guaranty. It didn’t work and made me sick. I tried to email them and ask for my money back and they did not accept the email.
