    On 8/22/2024 I order some blinds for my living room window they didn’t fit some they was returned to Bath beyond 8/31 with UPS
    I told them that my account with Chase was being closed 8/30 they me that once the sent back to Chase and it be rejected that I was to called them with my new banking account
    I called in Sept to give information and even to this day I have been getting the run around back and forth
    I talked to them on today and still same information nothing changed but now they want a letter from Chase saying the money was rejected and I talked to Chased they said money went back to sender and because my account was close they can’t see anything but that without a account it automatically went back

    I was billed and payed 299.58$on may 7th and was in formed on June 22 that I would never recive the item ,on back order. All contact Was made by way of e mail no offer of credit on card I called and no promise was made . They were paid I would like to be reimbursed for the item I will never receive thank you **** ******

    I purchased the lighted bathroom mirror . The mirror was on sale, but i was charged the full price. When I reached out to Bed Bathe and Beyond I was old that he price could not be adjusted. I was also told that it was from a previous sale. I checked the website 3 days to today and the mirror is stll showing on sale. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. They kept deflecing saying they woll try and cncel te order. Only to have the items shipped anyway.
    i was also told i would have to incure the cost of a retrn shipping label. This is FALSE advertiement. I dont want these items. Iwant to return them for a full refund and I wassnt to free shippimg labels. Filing this complint s my only recourse.

    I saw an advertisement on Instagram for Bed Bath and Beyond, going out of business sale. After clicking what I thought was a secured link, I shopped for various kitchen items and paid online with my credit card. Since it’s been two months since I had ordered, I tried emailing the only contact email listed. After 3 attempts from Google, since it’s done from my gmail account. I got notifications today saying the email attempt had failed. This is a scam to people shopping, and I don’t think I’ll ever get the items I ordered.

    I have a gift card from Bed Bath and Beyond and company says where it went bankrupt I am unable to use it

    I purchased 3 chairs from the website claiming to be doing clearance items. I would like a refund and someone to put who ever is trying to scam good people out of money out of business. I really would like the chairs delivered or just issue me a refund.

    I made an online purchase via BedBathBeyond website on Mar 8, 2022 ( order number- *************) A couple of items on this order is from their market place vendor ( BisonOffice) sub order number- *************. I have returned the items shipped from this BisonOffice vendor and they confirmed that they received those items and issued refund ( $121.73) request back to BedBathBeyond accounting. since then even after multiple calls , I never received my refund.
