  I am writing to review this observati scam job that is going out here it Gave me high hopes and I don't know why this even exists its terrible to be done so dirty like why can't these people be honest we're they not hugged enough as a child or raised completely wrong ..We all go through enough I. This life so I speak for every human that's trying to survive and I say it's time for scammers to be done with ripping us off. I work hard and don't deserve to be treated or done this way and neither does anybody else whose legit trying to do the right things to be able to have things in life I have a baby girl to provide for and cannot afford to be stolen from or fooled in this such manner I just prey they refund my money and shut my account down please dear God!

  This business is only a scam! The first time we submitted a review we were turned down, the second one was accepted. Could not get our reward money from them. The restaurants that they want you to review are ok, not a great choice of them unless you upgrade! Glad we didnt. When I saw they charged us $29.99 I immediately emailed them to cancel, which they said they would and refund our money within 2-10 days.didnt happen. I also asked for our $45. That we were supposed to receive. They said since I canceled they can no longer give it to us. Now its been 3 times asking for our refund, still nothing. Big time scammers glad we werent taking for more money like some have been.

  Huge scam! They have not paid me a cent, but consistently charge me monthly to be a part of their program. I have reached out to them multiple times with no response to my inquiries. Beware.

  I signed up and every restaurant I had a certificate for doesnt participate in the program. They are offering the meal certificates at a savings, but what good is a savings when you cant get the company to honor them. Also I have rewards thats not any good either. Ive cancelled but havent received my refunds.

  yup seems to be a scam, they pay you after they accept your review and then you request to transfer to your paypal account and nothing happens, so you never get the money they promised. And you end up losing money.

  Evidently this is a scam. My review is similar to the other ones posted here.I paid extra for the double payout. I only did one review. I saw that it was only paying me $20 as opposed to the 45 it was supposed to pay me. They said they changed their payout schedule. It took a month for the review to be accepted. I put in for payout on November 21 . I waited a week got on chat asked them why its taking so long and it said it would be a few days. It is now December 10 and its still saying it will be a few days. Im beginning to wonder if it will ever pay me. I sent them an email telling them to cancel the account. This is definitely the worst run company ever ,or its a scam, but unfortunately, they got my money.

  Absolute scam. They tell you that they give you gift cards to review restaurants and then get paid cash as well as gift cards. Then make you pay to sign up and ask for more money to get paid double per review. Since it wasnt a super high amount, I signed up. I did the review, and had to pay out of my own pocket to buy the food. When they paid me, it was only half the amount stated. I emailed them to ask for the rest and they told me that they changed the amount we get paid. This was in a matter of days within signing up and reviewing, and I was never notified. I let them know this and still they told me they could change their terms any time they wanted to. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership and get a refund because its not what was advertised. They said they would do that, but that the money I earned from my work up until that point would be taken. So basically I spent money out of pocket to buy the product, do the work, and then they refused to pay me anything. I have yet to see a refund. Its a scam. And they try to get you to sign up for another scheme called ****** that also advertises for them, and is the same type of business. Dont fall for it.

  When I signed up with Observati last year to review restaurants I was given an offer to pay a certain flat membership amount up front and a per month amount that would give me double commission everytime I completed a restaurant review for the company. The offer from them indicated that if I locked in those (up front and monthly fee) amounts that my payout would never change and would remain for the life of my membership (I kept a copy from when I first signed up). They suddenly dropped commissions greatly and without emailing us with notice. I wrote back and forth with them and they point to an Earnings and Compensation Disclaimer that says they can change the amount whenever they want, to whatever they want, dispite what was originally advertised and committed to us. The above is very deceptive and they would not resolve this issue with me for my last review with their company.
