    My son is a current tenant at the Factory since August 2024. We pay our rent on time every month. His lease includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The dryer has not worked since December 2024. Multiple notifications to management for repair have been requested. We have been told it will be fixed, but we are going on 4 months with no resolution. I was in town yesterday and stopped by the office to get an update. I was told by the Manager on duty that fixing the dryer is "so low on my list of priorities, as the new owners are planning for a grand re-opening...". She was very unprofessional/rude, and to no surprise provided no time line or promise to fix the issue. Obviously indicating it isn't going to be fixed anytime soon.

    Over the past 4 month we've been offered no discount in rent, or offered any other option to do laundry on site. We've paid for the use of a washer/dryer as part of the lease. Unfortunately my son is having to pay out of pocket to use a coin laundry matt off site because they won't fix it. Signed a very unhappy Tenant.

    I was a resident at 900 Factory for the 2023-2024 school year. Upon moving out I was provided with an statement displaying the amount they owed me (Refundable security deposit). Now almost 8 months later I still have not received any of it, despite calling them numerous times.

    On April 27, 2023, I moved out of my apartment after selling my contract to another student. The 900 Factory then automatically withdrew rent in the amount of $610.95 for the month of May. They. collected rent for the same room in May 2023 from me and the person who bought my contract. When I called to get my money returned they said it would take 4-6 weeks and if I hadn't received it by then to call back. I did not receive anything in the 4-6 weeks and called back. They then told me it would be 6-8 weeks and if I haven't received it by the end of June to call back. I didn't receive it and called again. They told me the check was processing and it would be coming soon. I called last week and they told me the check had been mailed out. I still haven't received anything. I was given a phone number for Mary Z******* at their corporate office. I have called Mary multiple times. Ms Z******* has never answered the phone. I have left multiple messages to have her call me and I have never received a return phone call. I am requesting I receive my rent and security deposit of $250. This is theft and I am looking at what the next steps are regarding Court action as they refuse to return my money or communicate with me.
