    We had a radio put in our sons Jeep and when we got it back the heated seats didnt work. We took it to the Jeep dealership and they said it was the installers that put the new radio in fault. Went back to ***** car audio and they wouldnt reimburse us. We are out $600.00. It worked fine when we took it there and wasnt working when we got it back. They were the only ones in there. Nobody else touched it but them. I will NEVER go to them again. We exchanged emails with *************************** and hes was no help. Save your money and go somewhere else.

    Your Jeep you recently purchased from a private individual, when we opened up the dash to install your radio it had wood screws holding things together from someone who had previously worked on your Jeep. We also found evidence of other problems in the dash due to someone with no knowledge of working of cars had done. A wrangler has great space for the radio. It was an easy install with no force needed like some vehicles. This customer bought a bad car and is wanting people to repair problems that already existed for free. We are sorry they have purchased a bad vehicle. But nothing we did, affected the heated seats. The dealer had no idea how it was caused.
