    I had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and their ice machine didnt work. There were sketchy people throughout the parking lot, I was honestly scared to leave my car here. I only stayed one night and left as quickly as quickly as possible in the morning. I was told during check out that my deposit for the room was being refunded and to expect it in about a week. Ive been calling every day since 10 business days after trying to get my deposit back and I still havent gotten it. The staff are very rude when I call saying things like Im busy call me back in 15 minutes then when I call they dont answer. I only stayed one night, left on time, and was told I was getting my deposit back so why I havent is a mystery. I would never recommended anyone to stay at this hotel so please be cautious when looking into it. There are so much cleaner and safer hotels in the area so please, I warn you to look into those option before you ever put yourself or your family in the position Im in.
