      No stars would be the better option. Walked into the store to look for a mattress and was instantly greeted by a salesman. My fianc told him that we would prefer to shop without a sales person. He said well I would prefer you just leave the store. No customer service at all. Also do they know whats going on in your life at home? The answer to that is no. So remain personal and maybe you would get business if we found the right mattress that worked.

      We apologize you had this negative experience. Our salesperson was wrong to ask you to leave and has been reprimanded for his behavior. We pride ourselves on working with our customers with our sleep fit program, which is exactly as you stated, we get to know our customer and their needs to find the right mattress.
