      They shouldnt get any stars They are horrible and sadly they only give a 30 day warranty on items I paid $250 for a kitchen chair I bought 2 of them one of the chairs front leg split right down the middle you can clearly see it mustve been glued previously and the area where they screwed the screws is also glued after there was a cut in the wood. Very upset as they said warranty is up and theres nothing they can do for me although they stress how they understand how I feel. Really, what a joke to think a company only gives a 30 day warranty They emailed a letter apologizing and gave a suggestion of me purchasing a replacement part. The phone numbers they gave me do not work and the person *************** complete the 800 number on this email What kind of company like this can stay in business ? Sadly overstock sold to a greedy company I hope they fall flat on their faces Apparently there are many more people having issues

      0 stars! I ordered a $3,800 48inch range on 8/21/23, ***********************day is 11/10/23 and I still dont have my range! It was supposed *********************** take 1 *********************** 4 weeks. They already ***********************ok my money and I have no range. I got rid my current one at the 4 week mark *********************** make room for the new one. We have had *********************** eat out since then. I need my range!! Thanksgiving is coming up!

      I was gifted (2) $100 dollar gift cards as a wedding present from my father and sister for Bed Bath and Beyond 6-12-22. The company was sold to overstock and they did some kind of loophole scam so that existing gift cards were made invalid without any communitcation to me. The email was opened today to be used and says the gift card NEVER EXPIRES specifically and the terms and conditions on the Overstock.com website claims they NEVER EXPIRE. Yet my gift cards and everyone who bought them before the sale is screwed. They purposefully scammed the consumers and now are acting like they cant do anything when they could easily make that the policy. I will tell anyone and everyone I know this company is a slimy scam artist. They should be investigated for consumer fraud by the federal govt. Theres no recourse either. Im just out 200 dollars now because of these scumbags

      I placed an order for several items back at the beginning of August of 2023. I have not received my order yet. I emailed an agent that kept in contact for the first two weeks and she explained it would take **** weeks. After that I have not had a good email to contact anyone about my order. In addition, it doesn't show that I even have an order. on the app. Or online. I have proof of my order and keep getting *** and fed ex scam emails for me to pay them to bring me a delivery that I'm not even sure if they are affiliated with the BB&B Overstock. So, no communication has been provided per my order since August 2023.

      I ordered a Lush 3 piece quilt set in September and the **** tracking number says the item has been shipped. I haven't received the item that was I paid. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, it took several attempts to communicate via text to someone, I was constantly in a loop where my question was not answered, they kept asking me the same question for the order number and my name. I tried calling and didn't get anyone. My compliant is how are they still in business and stealing *********************************************************? They should be shut down and not allowed to advertise to lure people in.I hope that some legal action is in the works to stop this company.

      I am reporting on bed bath & beyond in how they do business with online orders. On October 20th I placed an order for ******, the charge was showin on my bank account, as of October 23th there was ****** back in my account. On October 24th my bank account is now negative ****** because bed bath & beyond placed the order for ******. after speaking with my bank bed bath & beyond did a soft pull on the order, an not hard pull and shipped the order and charged my account with out the money. I am not happy with this company and how they do business with the debit cards and credit cards and putting me in the negative and not doing a hard pull and placing the order when it was placed.

      My father purchased a gift certificate for $200 for my birthday back in March. I tried to use the gift card today and it says card is invalid. I triple checked the numbers put into the system and it was corrected. I then tried to start a chat forum and it would not respond. I live in Florida and from my knowledge you cannot apply an expiration date to a gift card. This card was only purchased seven months ago. I would like to have access to use the card, if not I feel my father should have the $200 returned to him.

      *************** I ordered a comforter set (the ***************************** service rep I spoke to for return stated that it was listed as "Winston Porter" Brand). Instead of getting what I ordered, I got a similar looking, lower quality (comparable differences evident from the product page's pictures) Spirit Linen brand. The same set/brand that Amazon was selling this summer for 1/2 the price of what I paid Bed, Bath, Beyond!! Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the product sent to me actually shipped from Collections, ETC - which is a low quality discount catalog. I paid Bed, Bath, Beyond prices for low quality Collections, ETC. c*** The ***************************** service rep encouraged me to try a replacement, and assured me that the replacement would be the advertised product/brand. She also told me that, if it wasn't, I could get a full refund. I highly doubt I will get the product that I actually ordered - and, after reading these reviews, I doubt I will get my refund either.
