      I hate leaving any stars at all...I placed an order on July 30th, with estimated delivery of August 11th. I never received notification of any delay. Today, August 12th I spent over an hour on line chatting with a representative. When I asked when I could expect delivery, I was told that it would ship August 4th and be delivered August 11th? Again, that was yesterday!!! When I brought this ridiculous answer to her attention, she said the warehouse was having a processing issue. They had NO problem processing my credit card. This leaves me to believe that Overstock is selling merchandise they don't have! The same lights I purchased, are still showing available. Use Wayfair, stay away from Overstock.com....If anyone is interested, I saved the one hour chat session with the Overstock representative by the name of *****.

      I have always shopped for years with overstock and I have had no issues. Today was a different story all together. I spoke to a guy by the name of ***** After several attempts to explain to him to understand why I was calling I finally just ask to speak with a supervisor. He said sure! The next thing I heard was " ANOTHER DUMB C*** IN NEW YORK NOW"!I was speechless I hung up the phone and within 5 minutes **** called me back and said we got disconnected. I said NO I hung up. Then I said to him hey **** does this sound familiar to you? I said the exact words he had just said to someone about me when he though I was just on hold. He was taken back I knew but he said Oh Oh Oh then I told him to transfer me now to a supervisor which he did and it happed to be Doreen at extension ****. I explained to her what happened and all I was looking for was an apology from him and she assured me she would have him call me back. This has not happened.

      Terrible ***************************** service! I purchased 3 barstools in late April for a house I was moving into in July. They cost almost $1,000. When I opened the box on July 10th, one chair was damaged. Neither Overstock nor the manufacturer would help me. The manufacturer actually alleged wear and tear! Even if I was using them from late April, they should fall apart by July! To add insult to injury, the total cost was $375 less at the time I called for help with the damaged chair.

      Ordered an oversized beanbag and now tracking number does not work and I go to the site and they claim I don't have an order. Cannot contact customer service.

      Overstock.com is a terrible company because they are deceitful and have added extra interest charges to their ****************************** charge accounts. I do not get statements by mail and so I pay my account online each month. They claimed that they notified customer they would incur a extra interest financial charge but not $223,50 on a $500 account? I am so upset because I now have a balance of $819 instead of $500. They claim to have notified me but they did not because I never received a bill in May. Stay a way from them as they are associated with Bed and Bath a failed company.

      Overstock is doing nothing but diverting me to Great Big Canvas and not refunding my money. When I go to Great Big Canvas they tell me to go to Overstock. This seems like a scam and a big runaround!

      BUYER BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISING. I purchased a power recline loveseat and sofa from overstock.com and received a manual recline loveseat and sofa. No response back from overstock to rectify this issue. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM OVERSTOCK.COM.

      Overstock claimed to have shipped my product 29 days ago with a company of ill repute. Of course it arrived damaged and I refused delivery, but now Overstock needs 3-4 to review, and magically during my text chat online and phone call, no mangers are available, even though I let them put me on hold multiple times during a 20 min span in attempt to reach one. It was the same ploy the one and only other time I ordered through this company. Now I have no product and no refund, and no supervisor who can address this issue properly !!!

      Overstock has a great reputation for those customer service. Well thats NOT true for their Oversized ***** They misdeliever a massive item to my house, after (currently) 6 calls to have this picked up it is still sitting in front of my house for now OVER 2 Weeks! Literally I am only told they will contact me in 3 days. Clearly thats not true. Ive been told the same thing 6 TIMES. So now Im left with some massive box ABANDONED on my property!
