      I ordered a mattress and it was delivered with half the box torn up and the stuffing ripped out of the mattress. I immediately called them. They said I would have to wait two days for an email to see what could be done. I received an email the next day that wanted pictures. I sent the pictures back and have heard nothing back. I called and they said it would be 3 more days until I would hear anything. Horrible service. 500 dollars in the hole and no mattress.

      Overstock.com is the worst experience I have encountered in a long time, I ordered a leather reclining chair & these *************************** sent me 10 ugly cheap chairs instead. I contacted my credit card company & disputed the $532.34 charge, thank god **** took off that charge. I put those ugly chairs on my ********************************************************* took them.

      I purchased a set of bowls, i returned the bowls following their instructions. I used my own shipping label. They then told me I shipped it to the wrong address. It was the address they provided as how else would I have know to return it to the address I was given. My return was rejected so I am left without merchandize and without the money it cost to purchase the product and the shipping label. I contacted and it went from the return was completed to return was rejected.

      The ***************************** service agent I talked to lied to me, and told me no one else could help me resolve my issue. Told me that since I initiated the return online I was responsible for almost $300 in return shipping ** return shipping if initiated by the ***************************** uses *** but they used ***** to ship it. The next person I talked to told me that because I used the shipping labels they sent me there was nothing they could do to refund me any money. Also the chairs were c*** and had gaps between legs and sides etc

      I purchased the 4pcs patio furniture and when it arrived it was small and looked like furniture for kids. I returned it just like it was sent to me and was told I would receive my refund. A month later still haven't gotten it yet. They owe me $424 cuz the purchase price was $536. They took $60 for labels sent to me and every day I call them I get excuses after excuses. I was also told that at the beginning of the month they had already sent my refund. They lied to me. People please stop buying this cheap furniture and shop with businesses in your area where you can see what your getting. This place doesn't have quality furniture it's no good. They are a rip off.

      Terrible return policy!! Purchased item and wrong color. Not as pictured. Paid ****** and was charged 36 to ship back ! No item and 36 in the hole. That's called stealing. Terrible company. Awful ***************************** service.

      This company is dishonest. Placed an order on May 26th. Shipping arrival date was June 5th. *** sent message that shipment was delayed. Item was never sent for shipment. Waited a day e:mailed and was told they have 10 business days to ship item I mentioned it had been 10 days. They told me it would ship no later than June 9th. Did not ship *** still not delivered. Emailed again they said they were busy would be right with me. They never e:mailed. So I called, I was told item was in stock but they were going to ship now until 23rd. I asked why if it was in stock weren't they Shipping. I was then told they had 2 to 4 weeks. Mind you they took my money on May 27th. I told them it was a ***** gift they said they were sorry but could not do anything but cancel my order or wait. Horrible business model, I will never shop with them again. Would like to save others from this dame frustration. How does a company keep changing ***************

      Garbage. You sign up for their stupid account to make one purchase and put it on an Overstock card. Then they auto renew your membership every year for $20, even though *************************** not using it at all. You forget you have the card, and the $20 turns into a bunch of late fees and hits against your credit, despite never getting any kind of benefit from their dumb membership. When the bank calls about late payment, they don't leave messages, and when you do answer, they just hang up. Total scam. Canceled membership and never looking back.

      Ordered a Recliner from this website.It was delayed a few days from the initial delivery date. The company did a good job being up front with the delay. The item arrived on the date mentioned in the first email about the delay.The Recliner arrived in a heavily damaged box: two holes dead center on the sides, one corner held together by tape.This was clearly a heavily damaged box probably from it being used or returned merchandise.The instructions, remote, and power supply were missing from the box.It took 3 days for the company to respond to my ***************************** service request with the option to get over myself or to ship the item back to them and get a refund over a week after the item reached their warehouse.I instead ordered a replacement remote and power supply out of my own pocket.I did not want another customer getting a "new" recliner in this awful box, with missing peripheries, and the weird stains on the sides.The Item was also loaded upside down. The protective plastic covering was crumpled on the bottom of the box. The lighter top half of the recliner was on top of the plastic. The heavy bottom component was tossed on top of the top half.. The item was uncovered in a broken up box with poor weight distribution. There appears to be no frame damage. I will be testing the electrical components and motors to see the extent of any damage to them. I will not be able to test the massage feature until I further invest in a higher end third-party remote.Again, my options were to figure out how to get this dilapidated box to them, wait over a week after it arrives to get my money back, or get over myself.Finding replacement parts, that I initially paid for and did not receive, took me only 30 minutes online. Poor shipping condition, poor response time, poor resolution.

      They are not honest. I ordered a rug and in less than 30 minutes realized an error. I cancelled the order. They claimed it was too late, the order had shipped. ***************************** service refused to help. They told me I would have to take possession of the rug and pay to have it returned.
