      NEVERMORE! What happened to Overstock recently? It's like a monster has taken the place of a once gentle giant! I have been a very satisfied ****************************************************** many years - too many to count - until recently. Trying to return 1 out of 4 items became an afternoon of round-robin online, then using "chatting", and finally with a real person. Cutting to the chase, the $81 purchase is costing me $21 to return. What a giant headache and rip off. Sad to say but I'm done with Overstock. Simply not worth it.

      I contacted the company on May 18, May 25, May 31, June 4, and June 7th and haven't received a response on whether the correct order would be sent to me - I only recieved one chair and stool instead of the 4 chairs ordered.

      I've had no problem with Overstock up until today. Today However, I feel like I've been slapped in the face by Overstock. I understand that sometimes two companies decide that they can no longer work together, I get that. Today in the mail, I got a letter from Comenity Bank stating that they were severing ties with Overstock. And here is the kicker!!! Any points or credit built up would need to be used before July 17, 2023. In my case $119.53 or ****** points. Or come July 18, 2023, All would be lost. However, any amount "Due" on the account on or after July 18, 2023, would be owed to Comenity Bank. So basically, Comenity Bank is trying to force customers to spend the credit they have built up in hopes they will end up owing Comenity Bank in the end. And Overstock is just standing back watching good ****************************** like me get taking advantage of by not stepping in and transferring our points over to their new Credit Card System. Instead, they are happy watching accounts getting closed. Accounts that are in Good or Great Standing. I guess that is why Overstock sits back and takes the hits they receive here. Because in their eyes, the ****************************** that give them their jobs really DON'T matter, It's ONLY ALL About the MONEY the ****************************** brings that counts!!!!!!

      I ordered a light fixture, when I check the delivery status it says "processing in warehouse" which has been the case for over 2 weeks. When I placed the order, it clearly stated that most items ship within 1-2 business days. They took the money from my account immediately. However, when I followed up with Overstock they claimed that the light fixture is fragile so it will take 9 - 16 weeks for delivery and will not guarantee a cancellation. How do you charge someone for an item they won't receive for up to 4 months?!? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

      I placed a order with Overstock. I have placed many orders in the past. I found out my order could not be used as I thought. I contacted Overstock immediately. It was less than 24 hours to cancel the item. Ithad not been shipped. They said they would try. Two hours later they sent email to say they couldn't cancel it had been shipped. I received no shipping information or tracking number as usual. It was a holiday and *** does not ship on holidays. It had not shipped they will not cancel my order then wantme to pay 161 dollars to return it. This is a scam and terrible ***************************** service.

      They took our money, I got a text saying it was out for delivery today and now they say it's been delayed and cannot give me a date and cannot guarantee a refund. Not acceptable.

      I ordered a bed ***** from the Overstock mobile app. On the app when the king ***** was selected it said it was 84 but when I built the bed it was 90. I repackaged the bed and called ***************************** service to get return instructions. I was told the oversized team would be in contact. When they reached out I was told to rebuild the bed to send pictures of the dimensions (I live in a 650 sqft apt) or they would charge me a restock fee of $147 so I did. Sent the pictures and a video recording of me going to the app, selecting the bed *****, selecting a king and going down to the specifications. Its been over 2 weeks and I still have this bed in my small apartment, no refund and no idea when it will be picked up. Ive called about 7-8 times and each time Im told ****** I understand this is frustrating. I will be personally handling this issue. I have escalated this issue and someone will be reaching out in one to two business days. Then no one reaches out. One day I was told a supervisor was going to call me at 3:45 MST so I took a break from work and no one called. Their ***************************** care is horrible. I dont know who I can talk to to get this resolved. Every person Ive talked to seems unqualified or has very little authority to get anything done. I will never use Overstock again.

      I ordered Home Essential Stylish Extra Plush Extra Soft Floral Pintuck Bedding Comforter Set Home Essential Stylish Extra Plush Extra Soft Floral Pintuck Bedding Comforter Set on April 2023. When I opened and unfolded this item, I saw the animal f**** on the fabric. It was absolutely disgusting. I requested return, but I was instructed to pay for the return shipping. I sent the package back and tracked the shipment. It was delivered, but no refund has been issued, so I called the ***************************** service and I was told that the refund requires special approval, so I will have to wait for the refund. I left the review on the company website and included the pictures, but the review was denied. No stars for this company.

      This company? literally us trying to make me pay over 1k for furniture that on the second shipment it still came in so damaged that it was unusable! Yet, the company? is still arguing withy bank to give them money and refuse to pickup the items that I do not want due to the poor quality and unable to build the pieces because of faulty parts. Seriously I will never spend another ***** for these crooks! Yes, I said crooks. It is unethical and bad business practices to lure good people into buying nothing but 'crap'!!!

      I would not have given 1 star if I could have written a review and submitted it without a star. Overstock.com has no customer service and shady business practices. BEWARE
