      If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I am revising this review because of how ***** and underhanded this company really is. From the ********** ************************** down to their employees like ***************************. This company sucks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! They are not transparent about communication with their landlord and tenant clients. I told ****** before I even applied and paid my deposit that I would not want the place unless my terms were met. She told me it would not be a problem. They gladly took my money and then told me my terms would not be met. I was told they were going to refund my money, but I then waited for 3 days and the money was not returned. So, I wrote a negative review. Then, within minutes of posting the review, ****** emailed me and told me that they would not refund my money unless I took the negative review down. I am reporting this company to the state and the BBB. I am not taking this review down and will be posting to other sites as well. Do not do business with Keyrenter.

      We tried to work things out with this customer. Called multiple times they would refuse to accept our calls and would only respond via text message making demands like a terrorist. 

      everything they said is completely false. Everything is disclosed openly on all of our ads and reconfirmed via email and in person. They are complaining about a non refundable hold fee to reserve the property until they move in.  We offered to work with them if they would show some civility and take a call but he refused.

       

      we will gladly work with him if he is willing to have civil conversation

      Very, Very Unprofessional. When you ask to have repairs done 90% of the time they will ************ even though nobody has come to work on it. No one answer the phone at the office & when you do get a hold of someone they tell you what you what you want to hear not what will happen. When we moved out, ***** said deposit will be returned in 30 days. It took us 3 months, many calls, & many ************* sent many very unprofessional emails to us. We will NEVER rent from them again.
