    I would give zero stars if possible. My wife's $40 screen protector shattered in the corner of her brand new iphone within 5 days and 1 drop. The login portal is broken, the password reset link does not work, I cannot create a new login and the 800 number sends you in circles. I will never buy a zagg product again.

    I have a screen for my I phone I was told that it has warranty and would be replaced if damaged so - it became cracked now I am trying to get a replacement for this phone and guess what- I cant get to the website keeps sending an error message. Called the phone number they place you on forever hold i would never recommend this product and I will be calling the place I purchased this phone to alert them that this company does not stand behind the warranty.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a 3 in 1 mophie travel charger that stopped working in less than 9 months. Others have apparently also seen this issue. Tried to get a warranty replacement (which they charge shipping for) which ended up being cancelled because they are out of stock. No other solutions, replacements, or credits offered for another product due to the faulty one they have on the shelves. It seems even Apple has now pulled the item from being sold as there are so many issues! Honestly it looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen..

    I got a battery pack from Zagg total garbage, I did email them no one answered and a phone call took 1hr and 20 min for someone to pick up the call and still my issue was not fixed. I did purchase many products from Zagg but this is the last time for sure. I will not recommend them to anyone. do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY FROM ZAGG

    I received a replacement shield for my IPhone 13 Pro. The original was purchased thru ******* and was of very good quality. It has a crack in it since it had a warranty I paid a charge of **** to have a new shield sent to me. I received the replacement that was very inferior to the original shield I had. It was at least 90 percent thinner than the original.The original SKU # was ZAG20020V The replacement SKU # is ZAG200-916 I called customer service after 1/2 hour on hold I spoke to a representative. After explaining the difference with the quality of the 2 ******* he insisted that they were the same product when they are clearly not. Total out of pocket expenses for the 2 ******* is $59.98 (4**** original purchase **** replacement). I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not buy a ZAGG product again. ************

It is not mentioned where you purchased the privacy InvisibleShield, as we can only see the warranty order purchased on June 26, 2023, which was for the InvisibleShield Glass Elite VisionGuard Apple iPhone 14/13 Pro/13 (Warranty Install Kit). If you installed your InvisibleShield, then we have got a few tips for installation that will help you have a much smoother installation! 1. Before installing, remove all cases from your watch or phone. 2. Try to install this at night right before bed. The longer it sits without being used or handled, the better it will adhere to the screen. If you've got a watch, do not wear it overnight after installation. 3. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face, you can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4. If there is a case, do not install it on the phone/watch for 24 hours to help minimize the chance of the case pushing up the InvisibleShield itself. If you purchased your privacy InvisibleShield from a third party, then we would suggest taking back your device and ********************** to them to see what their policies might be. In regard to your refund concerns, ZAGG is only able to refund purchases made directly to ZAGG.com, we are not able to refund any payment made to a third-party purchase.     If you look at their webpage, you will notice that there is no email for support, telephone number for support, or any way to get in touch with his company. I bought $150 three in one charger and it broke within months. Finally, I was able to find a telephone number on the Internet and waited on hold for over an hour. They charge me $20 for shipping of the replacement. Five days later, they have not even processed my order. Hands-down one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. I suspect theres a very rich man sitting on the beach and laughing. I feel bad for his customers and his employees. At all costs, read the reviews and stay far far away.

    I purchased two iPhone 14pro max ****** protectors for my wife and I , for $130 I registered as the packaging requirements. I was told to get a receipt for ******* even though my registration was in the system . I contacted ******* they emailed me a receipt I forwarded to zagg . They informed me they can not except the receipt from *******. This has been going on for 30 days . They won because iam done with the *************** they ripped me off .

However, the screenshot that was provided is not a valid receipt we can honor as it is missing vital information, and this is what is causing a delay. To utilize the Limited Lifetime Warranty ZAGG may ask for proof of purchase showing the customer's name, date of purchase and quantity of names ZAGG products. We see a lot of ******* receipts and you should be able to log into your ******* account and find the proof of purchase with all the information requested. ********************************************************* To request a replacement product under the Policy, Purchaser must register the product at ZAGG.com, provide proof of purchase and may be required to provide a valid credit card number. Perhaps these online steps can assist you with locating the receipt. Open the My ******* app My ******* App icon. Tap the Account tab (at the bottom). If prompted, enter your password then tap 'Sign in' or 'Next'. Tap Bills. Scroll to the bottom then tap ********************* If necessary, tap the date range then select a desired range. Tap the applicable receipt or agreement then tap View PDF for more info. If you are not able to find the needed receipt, we do have an option of you sending in your product first for validation and then we can send an InvisibleShield back to you.     Order a replacement screen protector under warranty and opted for an upgraded (slight upcharge to just paying for the shipping and handling) one with the privacy screen. The privacy screen protector rendered the outside of the touch screen useless because the protector kept bubbling/lifting off. After some internet research, it is apparently a common problem. Well went to get a refund the same day I installed it, so I emailed Zagg. According to them they will not refund fund me because the replacement was already a warranty replacement, even though I paid an upcharge for the privacy screen. I could only get the exact same screen protector if I paid shipping and handling. So now I am out for the cost of the upgraded replacement and shipping.If this business had integrity they would back their product's lifetime warranty without charging.

    My sons Galaxy S22 ultra has a ZAGG, His phone screen cracked and it cost me 450 to have the screen replaced. went to ZAGG to have the protector replaced and they said they could not replace it because I no longer had the old one. They wanted to charge me for a new one.The protector is garbage and their service is even worse.

Your concern did not clarify what happened, causing the screen to crack, then to be told we cannot help you because you no longer had the old InvisibleShield. We understand how frustrating this must be for you and your son; however, this is not something that ZAGG states the InvisibleShield will protect against. ZAGG's InvisibleShield is an exceptionally clear and virtually indestructible film that will protect your device from scratches and everyday wear and tear. As for you no longer having the old InvisibleShield, we do not need the old InvisibleShield returned. If you reached out to an independently owned and operated kiosk, then yes, they do require you to have the InvisibleShield. They will replace your InvisibleShield at no cost, but they do charge a professional installation fee, which does require the old InvisibleShield be given to them. Please reach out to us at ************** and if all you need is an InvisibleShield for your sons repaired screen we will be happy to help you with that over the phone.
