- We want our patients to be happy and content with the purchase of their oral appliance, and with the service they received. Though we may bill insurance more than once, our patients are only billed for their oral appliance, and all of the treatment that follows (for the first 12 months) is provided at no additional charge to the client. If the appliance is defective then we will replace it at no additional charge. If the patient breaks, loses, or otherwise damages the appliance due to neglect or mistreatment, then we will replace the appliance at our cost (lab fees). We will always strive to work with a patient until they feel they have been treated honestly and fairly.
