    I’ve been dreaming of going to this event for years. YEARS! I bought tickets all the way back in October 2023—because I wanted to be sure I’d be there for the 10th anniversary. My friends and I have been counting down the days. We finally got to Vegas today, so excited to kick off our weekend, and then what do I see on Instagram? A notice that the “10th anniversary event” has now been moved to October 2025?! Are you kidding me? How is this even the 10th anniversary anymore? And how on earth do you only let us know 24 hours before it’s supposed to start? We’ve been planning this for a year! Hotel, rental car, everything’s booked, and now we’re left completely stranded. This is unbelievable.

    My daughter and I purchased Rise Festival tickets 2020 but the event was cancelled due to COVID. We were told we would have ours tickets deferred to the following year (no option). In 2021, we could not attend due to Covid diagnosis . PUBLIC HEALTH REQUIREMENT NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND. Now in 2022, we cannot attend due to requirement to work (healthcare) and requesting a refund. We would not have purchased tickets three years in advance and would like our money refunded. I have emailed the Rise Festival numerous times requesting refund but they are not responding . The event was last weekend and now I am still trying to get this problem resolved.
