All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided.
Claimed Results:
The business claims: “preventing changes to DNA that may lead to cancer,” “optimizes the skin’s immune system and helps destroy free radicals that can cause premature aging,” “lowering cortisol levels,” “plays an important role in helping combat… skin problems including acne, eczema, and psoriasis,” “aiding in preventing cardiovascular disease,” and other similar claims. According to the BBB Code of Advertising, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.
“Made in USA” Claims:
The business states products are "made in USA" and "made in the USA.” According to the BBB Code of Advertising, "made in USA," and similar terms used to describe the origin of a product must be truthful and substantiated. In general, all or virtually all of the product must be made in the USA. Qualified “Made in USA” claims can be made under certain circumstances and with appropriate disclosures.
As of April 29, 2025, the business hasn’t fulfilled BBB’s requests to substantiate, modify, or discontinue these claims.
