    Last November 2022 I went on website and bought $150 in items from these guys. They sent bogus tracking numbers that my Post office said they never heard of the shipping company. They told me in emails over 12 times that they had sent my items. Lies. Who or what ever answers emails sounds quite illiterate like from China. So frustrating to get played for months hoping they just send your stuff. This is the worst kind of online ripoff. This company needs to be out of business and in jail… I hate ripoffs like ingoodhe…

    I ordered an item from this company (hood for a john deere lawn tractor) back in May of this year. The company says the item is out for delivery (this has happened 3 times now). Each time the company says the item was lost in delivery. They have been warned that a formal complaint would be filed with the BBB. They keep offering to resend the item. The company has been told that it is beyond belief that the same shipping company would fail to deliver the item 3 times in a row and they don't say that the item was ever returned. I have requested a full refund, but they only want to offer 80% of my original cost. I will be filing criminal charges against this company for "THEFT BY DECEPTION". It is my hope that you can investigate this matter and act accordingly and within the limits of your charter.
