    I ordered a gas can in June waited almost a month and then reached out. They told me the package was delivered to my address. I said it was not and to please look into it. Heard nothing back then finally requested a refund or another can to be sent to me. They refused to do that and complained that they are suffering a loss and to go ask my neighbors if they have it which I find to be extremely rude and horrible business practice to make me go find my package. Then they stated it was delivered in my mail box which I don’t know how a gas can fits into a mail box. Then they said it must have been stolen which is not possible, I have cameras and never was there a delivery on the day my package was supposedly delivered. They then refused my refund and after complaining they only agreed to give me 30% back. After complaining to them again they agreed to 50%. It should be 100%. However it’s now August and they still have not given me any type of refund.

    Thank you for forwarding this complaint. My name is Denny with SureCan, Incorporated. The order you placed was done so through a fraudulent FaceBook or Instagram ad that then took you to a website called Borass.com (or something similar). This is a scam and a falsified/fraudulent claim to represent SureCan where they have stolen our images, videos, and logos and are pretending to be us. We have received many calls from customers who have placed these orders and never received any product. 

    We can prove that this order was not placed with SureCan in a few different ways. First, any communication from SureCan via email will come from an address with a suffix '@surecanusa.com'. Also, any order number from an order placed with SureCan will contain only 5 digits (i.e. 12345). The order numbers people have received from the scan start with the letter 'M' and have a long sequence of numbers following. The tracking numbers that people received on this scam seemed to be coming from overseas. Our plant is base in Lebanon, TN and all orders ship from there next business day.

    I'm really sorry about this situation. They have been shut them down, and I understand you're still out your money, but we don't have it either. We're recommending that anyone affected by this scam reach out to their bank or credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent. Many have been able to get their money back.
