Salesman was good.Im getting charged monthly and wasnt sent the contract receipt of the terms and conditions.I would never agree to a monthly subscription of services if no service was completed.Over a month now dealing with trying to cancel services they are still trying too charge my credit card.Stay away please.

Company is a scam! They send slimy salespeople to your neighborhood, attract you with 1$ or free charges for things. they send out a really nice tech first time around to smooth things over. **************** calls me and acknowledges " that's why the send ******" out after hearing my complaints about the salesperson. and who knows if they really spray anything but water, no decrease in pests whatsoever. Cancellation fee is crazy and they never come back out. PLease please please do not sign up for this.Hawx Services, LLC

Do not go with Hawx Pest Control. They refuse to communicate in writing, their corporate office does not answer questions. Even after repeated written communications, they refuse to cancel your services and continue billing you. My experience with Hawx began with a very pushy door-to-door salesman. After service began we still had issues with pests and bugs in our yard. My contract expired in June. Here we are in October and I am still dealing with them trying to get them to cancel. Despite multiple requests for written communications, they will insist on a phone call with their customer service reps who will again push you to resign a contract or continue services. It's truly the most shady and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a "business". At this rate, I'll be lucky to have them cancel by ****, all while they continue to charge you a monthly fee. It's a racket. If I were you I would 100% go with ****'s pest control or another local company.Hawx Services, LLC

This company is absolutely horrible and is a disgust to society. I cant imagine what elderly people may go through if I am going through this. I signed a contract with them for 12 months. I hardly ever received services and when I did, nothing ever changed in the amount of pests I had. I called and complained several times to no avail. My contract ended in July 2023. I called on the phone to make sure of this because I NO LONGER WANTED SERVICES AGAIN. Then I received a bill September 25, 2023 for $46.73 and I called on the 29th. They said that after a contract ends, youre AUTOMATICALLY enrolled into a month to month basis! WHAT???? I specifically told the man I did not want services at all. Apparently in the contract it says you must call and receive an email to sign to opt out of the month to month basis. I never saw this, I was not told this, and this is pathetic!!! Then on Friday September 29, 2023, I was told by ****** in Accounting that my account was cancelled and the balance erased! Only to find out today that the balance was not erased and will not be erased and they do not care about reviews and I should have read the contract carefully. This is so insane. I will now have to deal with this for collections on my credit! Because not only did they bill me for services I repeatedly said I did not want (when my contract ended and nobody told me I needed to sign anything) but they didnt even come out to do services in September that they billed me for! SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING! this is a SCAM!!Hawx Services, LLC

What a joke! My bugs get worse when they come outand I have never seen so many spiders. Their version of treatment is dustPlease dont sign any contract with these poor excuse for pest control. They charge monthly, treat quarterly and take in huge profits because it is all worthless.Hawx Services, LLC

If there was a "0" rating, that's what I would rate this company. There is a $1,500 cancellation fee, so I maintained this contract for a year, paying $50/month. The cancellation fee is more than the service! After one year I called to cancel this contract. I called and after listening to their recording for 5-6 minutes, a person finally answered. I asked her to please take my telephone number in case we were disconnected, since I had to wait so long for some to answer the phone. She didn't sound too happy about that but took my number. I then said I was calling to cancel my contract, I was immediately told that I was being transferred to that department. BUT!!!!!! I was put right back onto the SAME RECORDING!!! The recording says to go to their website, but there is no place to cancel the contract on the website! Whew!!! Getting this company was a mistake! Absolutely NO customer service. I will NEVER EVER use them again!!!Hawx Services, LLC

I have cancelled this service In June when my contract was over.. they contine to charge my account.************************* ********************* jax fls..you can't Reach anyone you send to person to person who does not handle account..Do to health issues I no longer can afford this monthly charge which I was no aware of..I wish a refund and csncellation..They say go to Hawk.pestcontro portal.. no such thing..I Absoultely want my service csncelled..immediately..Hawx Services, LLC

I feel like I was scammed by these people - they never performed the services I requested. They claim that I owe them the last quarter of $130 and call me every day to try and collect it. It's really getting annoying...be warned about this company.Hawx Services, LLC

This is a bad company to get work done with. They lied to me about the low cost of one treatment then the next treatment only costing $45. Then before you know it you are signing what you think is permission to treat the lawn but in actuality you sign a 12 month contact that cost $200 to get out of. They sprayed my lawn several times no change in the insects. But now one of my dogs has a severe rash. When you tell them the say not our problem. They really dont care. I was also charged a $83 free was told that would be credited back but did not happen. Also told would get a gift card if $50. That did not happen. If they come to your home do not sign or agree to anything. Call a professional company with less than **** plus complaints on the BBB. I would highly urge you to not use this company. I will also be posting on other social media to warn people. Its a scam.Hawx Services, LLC

A door to door salesman came by two months ago. He told us Hawx was offering a three months trial. He told us it was $60 for three months and got my credit card information. They immediately started billing us $59.95 a month. I called and canceled. I also blocked them from billing my credit card. Now they are trying to charge me $199 to cancel the contract. I am livid. These people apparently lie to sell their services then charge you to cancel. Why? I am not paying them any more money. We live on fixed income.Hawx Services, LLC
