Terrible company! First, they solicit to your door when they can clearly see a no soliciting sign. They say they will come out monthly to service your house, thats a lie to lure you into signing up. They also do a terrible job when they do come. And their customer service is a joke! They dont answer your calls!! I tried for 2 months to cancel service with them. No one answered until I put an inquiry in on their website for service. I got a TEXT message asking when a good time to talk was. I responded back noting I want service cancelled. I never got a phone call or message back! After receiving multiple bills, I was finally fed up. I called their billing department and what do you know, they answered the phone (because all they want is your money.)!! They were rude and are still going to make me pay for a service I did NOT receive and requested to be cancelled. Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!

There is a reason this business has poor reviews. I was under contract with Hawx for 50 dollars a month for service (which was always questionable at best by the way). I was charged 64 dollars for service, was not informed that my rate was going to increase and so I was unhappy with both the service I had been getting, and the tactics of the company after the contract had expired. I requested to cancel my account due to the terrible experience and a refund for that charge since I had not received any service yet at the time of the charges, and it took me 5 phone calls to make sure my account was canceled. The customer service at Hawx is absolutely horrendous. It took 5 reps and 3 managers to finally get the account closed. After this we still had not gotten our refund processed. 5 Phone calls later I decided to call my bank and have them get the refund for me, and reverse the charges. Almost a month later after the bank got my money back, I was charged again!!! THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME!We spoke to a nasty RUDE manager at Hawx who is trying to tell me that MY BANK REVERSED THE REFUND. I have NEVER in my life heard of a bank reversing a REFUND. Something is definitely wrong with her... She must be crazy. There was no refund, she would not help us, and lied multiple times about trying to get in contact with us. This business is a bunch of lowlifes from the owners to the nasty women in their customer service department. I have not once had a good thing to say about Hawx, and I am glad I switched to another company that cares about their customers.I will get my money back, and I will make sure to drag their name through the mud and convince as many customers of theirs as I can to switch from using their services as well. Scammers, liars, nasty and disrespectful. Lazy technicians who leave wasps nests all over your property. What a waste of money. Never again.Hawx Services, LLC

****************, their sales representative is a liar. He sold my neighbor and I a mole service plan that the company does not offer. He lied to our faces. The company is charging us for a plan that they cannot back. The lawyers are going to have fun with this.Hawx Services, LLC

They did not come to do the work and charged repeatedly into my **** card. I called multiple times and got no answer. I had to ask **** to dispute the charge but they did another charge a month later.Hawx Services, LLC

Big big mistake signing up with them! They sign you up for monthly service and then never come out to service you and then say you signed up for quarterly service. Like who signs up for quarterly pest service? Post control is a monthly service. The first service they tried to say they came and didn't so I called cause I caught them in a lie and they hurry and sent someone, but it didn't make any difference but kill some of my plants! Then they didn't come back for months but still billed us monthly. When I called I just got struck on hold for almost an HR. We had to pay our bank to stop payment. They breached the contract by not providing the service that said and continued to take money each month then said we still owed them $250 for cancelling. This business is a scam and it doesn't work anyway!!Hawx Services, LLC

This company said they would provide services that they never did (under the *****, in the garage, etc.). I have had their service since July 2022 and the work has gone downhill each time, with more and more pests showing up. When I asked about gnats, they said they'd have to charge me hundreds more to treat them. (Seriously?! I ended up treating the area myself for a few bucks.) The last time, the tech came into the yard without telling me. Luckily, my dog was locked inside, or it would have ended badly. They left the gates open, too. I tried canceling service on 18 Aug and they said they'd call me to finalize the cancelation. No call. I emailed again. They gave me a number. I called but the lines were not working. They emailed me saying they knew the lines were down and would call me once they were up. No call. They just billed me again (18 Sep) and I emailed them to remind them that I canceled and they said again--someone will call. No call. I told them that if they didn't credit my money back and cancel my account, I'd fight this charge with my bank (done) and write a review here. Do not do business with them!Hawx Services, LLC

Do not use this company. They are a straight scam. I was told that i would receive a monthly service. I was being charged $83 a month for literally nothing. Why am i oaying for a non existant service. I tried to contact them cancel, can't get through on the phone, nor on virtual chat. They finally called me, to try to sell me more services. Laughable. I told them, I haven't seen a tech since our initial service. And in that initial service, it seemed like more ants had taken over our yard than before. So i have no idea what they even did. And somehow more fruitflies. I tokd thrm we wanted to cancel, i was dissatisfied and we were moving out of atate because we are military (actually true). I was told i have to upload my husband's orders. No. Im not giving my husband's military info to a scam company. I also never received a contract via email. Nor ia there a copy of one that i can find in my account (that i was never given login info for(. I have reported the company to usaa as well. Save yourself. Use someone like Orkin. They were amazing when we lived in VA. And only charged AFTER A SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. And they are bi monthly.STAY AWAY! FAR, FAR AWAY!Hawx Services, LLC

Oh just read the comments this month alone. I resound all the comments before me. I cancelled today after I missed their appointments twice. The tech called when they got to my front door I specifically told them to give me a 30 min notice so I can drive home 6min from my work. My wife was home but couldnt get out in time before they left. They didn't even start treating from the outside. He just left. He claimed to called me but didn't leave a voicemail. You give a 4 hour window but you can't even wait 5mins. Was I supposed to not go to work. They treated my home once and the pest were back within one week. The most useless thing I paid for this year. 400+ for one treatment including 215 for cancellation of course. Imagine that They charge tax for cancellation again. Please run for your life they will hawk your money away.Hawx Services, LLC
