This company is a joke! Only let them treat my home once! Never got what sales promised!! Have yet to be able to talk with anyone other than a scheduler whom agreed that their CS *****. The tech sent me photos after the one and only treatment and they were not even photos of my house. They have continued to bill me 2 months after canceling. They should be forced to close!!!

Awful scam, they will NOT allow you to cancel your service. They ask you to call back, hold times never end. After 2.5 hours and 3 people (one of which hung up on us, the customer), we were finally able to cancel our service. I believe cancellations go against the customer service rep you are speaking with, that's why they are insistent you must call back. We continued to be charged for nothing.On the actual service they provide, we were paying for quarterly service. The first time they came was the middle of winter, where they actually woke up the bugs, that was great. Then they never came again, so we were paying for nothing. ************ is terrible. We signed up with a door to door sales guy who was great. We were promised a free mosquito treatment but never got it or did we get a call back from a manager. We got Our first treatment and a service call Due to still having ants. We havent had an ant problem in all the nine years we have lived here. We are way over due for our second service. We have sent multiple emails requesting a response and asking to cancel. I have been charged for service we havent received. My husband called yesterday and emailed and still no response. It has been weeks. We want our device cancelled today.Hawx Services, LLC

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! THEY DON'T SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENTS! THEY DONOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT THEY SELL TO YOU THE *** YOU APPLY FOR THE SERVICES! I'd give it 0 stars if possible. May 2023 signed up and had first (and only) service. Called July 13th for a re-service the day (Friday 14th) inside since we had a lot of bugs showing up inside. Never showed up Friday. Called again Monday (July 17th) and rescheduled another service call for Tuesday July 18th, and again NO ONE showed or texted or called. Called in a third time, Wednesday July 19th, the manager and she said she would waive my last (July) $55 fee (never happened) and she set me up for the end of the week, Friday 21st ****am. My husband missed an appointment that morning because I had to work, but wanted to be sure to be here when they arrived to do the indoor service. NO ONE SHOWED! I called Friday 11:56 (an hour after scheduled appt) and cancelled the entire service. The man I talked to didn't follow through and so I got charged in August, and also did not get reimbursed for that..and of course no service . ALWAYS RELIABLE are the exact words their website .. . Still out $255. This company is not reliable, easy to work with, or honorable. I can see with all these responses it's not a company but a SCAM. Beware!!Hawx Services, LLC

BAIT AND SWITCH, DO NOT USE HAWX. You know you're dealing with a crappy company when it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. The sales person came out and did his pitch said he could save me money on all my properties. I paid 89$ a quarter for the previous service, I was told they could take care of me for $50 a month because I was giving them more business. Ok great. Now when I look at the service agreement it says that I'm paying monthly, which was not discussed when I was talking to the sales person NOR WAS IT CHECKED ON THE AGREEMENT I SIGNED ON HIS IPAD WHILE STANDING AT MY FRONT DOOR. Now I'm expected to pay $50 a month for a sub par service. When I reach out to say I want a tech every month if I'm paying every month they can't help me and I need to sit on hold to talk to someone. Oh wait there is a link you can click on to do all the scheduling yourself, this was told to me by a customer service ********** couldn't schedule anything for me but gave me a link to do it myself. Well I clicked on that ******* mins ago and have yet to get the other link to schedule my own appointments. Whatever products they use DO NOT WORK. The bugs at all of my properties are alive and well and growing. I have seen more bug activity on my properties since they have been out than I ever did with m previous company. Save yourself is Hawx comes knocking and keep them walking.Hawx Services, LLC

Absolute scam. Sales rep lied to me that he would cancel my other service. Have been actively calling back for 6 months to cancel my account and no one has called me back. After escalating 12 times, I finally got someone that could cancel my account. They want to charge me for 6 months of service despite the fact that NO ONE has EVER come out to my house. I am so disgusted with this company. I signed up with a sales person in my home who told me that he would cancel my current pest control company and that they would take care of it. I go out one afternoon and I come home to find out that my pest control guy was here and sprayed and then charged me for the service. HAWX never canceled my other pest control. I have made 4 phone calls to Hawx trying to correct this matter but no one has ever gotten back to me. I want out of my contract and I do not want to be penalized for breaking it. I mean after all they didn't carry thru with their end of the deal so I obviously can't count on Hawx. I'm done or other wise I will contact my lawyer.***********************Hawx Services, LLC

I was not happy with the services from Hawx Services. The first time I made an appointment they cancelled on me twice, then when they finally did come out to give services they only stayed out there about 10min. I called to try and cancel my service and they told me I was going to be charged $199.00 cancellation fee! Great! I am being charged for poor service! The guy that went out there to spray only stayed 10 minutes! i spoke with someone on the phone and they kept insisting to continue my service with them otherwise I would be charged for canceling! Is there anything I can do to Cancel this service without getting that cancelation fee!!! :(Hawx Services, LLC

Sales representative was misleading about services offered and cost. Stated for ***** four application for pest control would be provided. I specifically stated ***** and nothing more. I was asked to sign my signature for the credit card used and I would receive the details by email. The employer who did the first application did a good job. I received a email about his performance rate and never saw the contract. Two months later I was billed ***** three times. I called the office and was told it was ***** a month for a year and they would come out if I request, but I had to call for them to come out. I was told I could cancel the service to get out of the contract for ******. I bet I am not the first and wonder if others were scammed or if any class action lawsuits have ever been filed. Their sales rep should be fired and arrested for fraud misrepresentation of the business services.Hawx Services, LLC
