Crooks. Misrepresentation of services and costs. Non-responding to emails and registered letters. Continual harassment by emails never responding to our request to cancel services. No customer service. Scam artists. Thieves.

Horrible customer service. Have never experienced something like this. I called to ask when my property would be serviced in August, and to ask that they treat chinch bugs when they come. I never reached anyone and was left on hold for 20 minutes (while listening to their recorded message stating how hard they are working for me!). The recorded message said to try their portal. I eventually hung up the phone and tried their portal. I typed in my question, but before I could hit send, it bumped me out. I started over but could not make it work. I tried several times again over a period of days in July and August. I could never get any real person to talk to on the phone, or a reliable contact method from their website. I tried again today, determined to not give up until I reached someone! After 20 minutes on hold on the telephone, I hung up and tried the website portal again. I asked my question via text on their chat box. No one replied for 15 minutes. When the **************** person finally responded, she sent a text asking what I needed. I told her I had already explained what I was looking for in my text. She texted again asking what I wanted, so I began to think I was talking to an Artificial Intelligence robot. I restated what I was looking for. She (it) never responded. I stayed on the chat and kept asking periodically if someone was there and telling them how long I had been waiting. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but no response. After 32 minutes, I typed in my phone number and asked for someone to call me. As of now (12 hours later), I have heard nothing from this company. I want to cancel service, but their website says you have to contact them first. What a joke. I can I contact them. In the end, I went to ********** to buy pesticide and handle it myself, even though I am paying them to take care of it. Absolutely the most unprofessional way to treat customers.Hawx Services, LLC

The sales representatives failed to mention that the services being done were going to be charged on a monthly basis. The current home owner is out of the country and on her behalf, if she wants to continue with the services Ill recommend it to her. But as for me (the person whos name is on file) I refuse to pay for these services every month if I doesnt benefit me in any way. I thought it was a one time payment and now I am having a difficult time canceling.Hawx Services, LLC

Was told it would be $50 per quarter not monthly. Tech also said they came by but when I checked my cameras he never showed up for the first visit in April. 4 months went by with no service at the next quarter so I decided to cancel seeing as the terms of agreement were, no cancellation fee if we fail to provide a service then I start getting calls about scheduling an appointment and this month is about to end too.Hawx Services, LLC

Shady and dishonest. Never will use them or recommend them ever again.Their actual pest protection was terrible, and we always continued to have pest problems.They try to push additional services that you don't need, and charge way over market.Also the regular/automatic service intervals never happened, and I always had to call and complain before anyone would come out.By the way to contact them via their 888 number will take between ***** minutes.And the cancellation process is terrible.Hawx Services, LLC

Avoid this company. I signed a 1 year contract. They showed up once a quarter and sprayed. It was never effective. I called to try to cancel. Unfortunately, unable to cancel without paying $$$ prior to the end of the contract date. Since I couldn't cancel, I had them come and spray several times for ants and wasps. Still not effective. The pesticide they are using is not effective. Finally when my contract was up I called to cancel. Nope. They said they would have someone call me to cancel the account. Unfortunately those calls never came. Month after month paying the bill, I tried to cancel online. Unable. Tried to cancel over the phone. Unable. Today I angry called to cancel the account. The representative hung up on me. I called back and insisted that I speak to someone to cancel the account. It took almost 20 minutes, but I finally was able to close the account. It would have been more effective to burn the money I spent on Hawx services.I do not recommend this company.Hawx Services, LLC

Crooks, Ive been lied to multiple times. The salesman lied about multiple things including canceling my previous pest control service, this never happened and apparently isnt a service they offer anymore so Im still in that contract. *** paid multiple months and had two technicians that also lied to me in my home but somehow I still have bugs. Even the manager on the phone is telling me that he bold face lied to me. I live in a new construction home with no crawlspace, this shouldnt be such a fight. I was never informed that I was in a contract from the lying salesman, so now with paying the cancellation fee, because I refuse to have these people back at my home, I have paid hundreds of dollars to never have a service properly completed. This is an expensive service with very poor results. This company is a scam and I advise everyone to steer clear, I would leave no stars if I could.Hawx Services, LLC

Terrible company. Since using them I see more insects than ever before. *****, ants, spiders you name it. I have tried reaching this company multiple times in the past couple months to no avail. Each time I call no matter the day of the week they staye that the call volume is high. I spent over 30 min once trying to get through. They have a callback service that I used last week and still no response. I even called ***** who is the representative that signed me up and promised I could call with any issues. I have left 2 vm and a text still no reply. Two weeks ago a representative came and sprayed outside. He never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell to ask if the inside if my home needed treating. I AM SO FRUSTRATED. Do not use this company!Hawx Services, LLC

Terrible company to try to get ahold of. No customer service! I was left on hold for 30 minutes to cancel my service! Door to door sales women came by...was pushy and didnt let you read or take time to think about anything! Company has a bad reputation and seems like a SCAM!
